MILITARY VEHICLE
A military vehicle includes a passenger capsule, a driver seat, a passenger seat, and a belly deflector. The passenger capsule includes a roof, a floor, and sidewalls that define an interior. The sidewalls include mounting interfaces positioned along bottom edges thereof and extending directly therefrom past the floor. The driver seat and the passenger seat are disposed within the interior of the passenger capsule. The belly deflector is positioned beneath the floor. The belly deflector has lateral ends that are coupled to the mounting interfaces such that the lateral ends of the belly deflector are engaged with the passenger capsule. The belly deflector is spaced from the floor such that the floor is configured as a floating floor. The floor and the belly deflector provide two levels of underbody protection.
MILITARY VEHICLE
A military vehicle includes a passenger capsule having a front end and a rear end, a front module coupled to the front end of the passenger capsule, a rear module coupled to the rear end of the passenger capsule, a generator, and an export power kit. The front module includes a front subframe, a prime mover, a front axle assembly, and a front differential coupled to the front axle assembly. The rear module includes a rear subframe, a rear axle assembly, and a transaxle coupled to the rear axle assembly, the prime mover, and the front differential. The generator is configured to be driven by the prime mover to generate electricity. The export power kit is coupled to the generator and configured to facilitate exporting power off of the military vehicle.
FUEL SYSTEM MOUNTABLE TO A VEHICLE FRAME
A system for powering a vehicle is provided. The system can include an engine or power generation system to be powered by a fuel and a housing. The housing can be configured to couple to one or more frame rails of the vehicle, receive and protect a cylinder configured to store the fuel to be used by the engine or power generation system. The housing can have one or more access panels allowing access to an interior of the housing. The cylinder can include a first end portion, a second end portion, a central body forming an enclosed cavity for storing pressurized gas, a reinforcement structure disposed over the central body, and a metal foil interposed between the reinforcement structure and central body. The metal foil can be configured to reduce permeation of contents of the cylinder.
Work vehicle
A work vehicle includes: a hydraulic pump driven by an engine; a hydraulic actuator that is driven by hydraulic oil supplied from the hydraulic pump; a switching valve configured to switch from one to the other of a first state in which the hydraulic oil supplied from the hydraulic pump is supplied to a first channel and a second state in which the hydraulic oil supplied from the hydraulic pump is supplied to a second channel; a restriction operation device configured to generate an operation signal that restricts the drive of the hydraulic actuator; and a controller that controls the switching valve. The controller includes: an operation signal acquisition unit configured to acquire the operation signal; and an instruction output unit configured to output, to the switching valve, a control instruction that restricts the drive of the hydraulic actuator with the engine driving, in response to the operation signal.
CONTROL PLATFORM WITH A SEAT CONSOLE FOR A CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
A control platform for a construction machine, in particular for a road finishing machine or a feeder vehicle, comprising a structural element and a seat console which includes a console bottom and a seat. The seat console includes a rotary mechanism by which the seat is mounted to be rotatable relative to the console bottom. The seat console includes a first and a second linear shifting mechanism by which the seat is mounted on the console bottom to be movable in a first and a second direction. The seat console is hinged to the structural element by means of a swivel mechanism to be swivable relative to the structural element.
Lift truck operator compartment door
Lift trucks can have an operator compartment designed with an ergonomically improved cab door having a door frame, a set of glass sheets, upper and lower hinges, a handle, a door catch assembly, a door support member, and one or more operator handlebars. The door support member and operator handlebars can be sized and/or positioned to provide structural strength to the door. The cab door can have an unobstructed door design to facilitate maximum operator visibility. The catch assembly can maintain the door in an open position and the operator can readily close the door when desired. In one embodiment, the door includes a vertical operator handlebar and a horizontal operator handlebar that facilitate easy entry into and exit from the operator compartment without unduly obscuring operator visibility through the door.
Semi-active cab suspension for large agricultural vehicles
A suspension system for a cab of an agricultural vehicle having a frame. The suspension system includes a pair of first mounts configured for connecting the cab to the frame at a first region, a pair of second mounts configured for connecting the cab to the frame at a second region, and a pair of actuators configured for connecting the cab to the frame at a third region. The actuators are configured for variably damping a movement of the cab. The suspension system also includes a first suspension linkage laterally connected in between the second mounts. The suspension system also includes a second suspension linkage configured for connecting the cab to the frame at a fourth region. The second suspension linkage is configured for limiting a rotation of the cab about the longitudinal axis of the frame.
Work vehicle
A work vehicle includes a cabin covering a driver section, a receiver to receive positional information from a satellite, and a stay to support the receiver. The receiver is above a roof of the cabin and supported at a cabin framework of the cabin via the stay.
Undercarriage
An undercarriage for a working machine having a chassis. The chassis includes a first axle mount and a first axle assembly mounted to the first axle mount. The first axle assembly has a first axle with first and second ends for pivotably mounting first and second wheels. The first axle mount is provided in the form of first and second arms extending from the chassis to define a channel therebetween, and the undercarriage is configured to restrict movement of the first and second arms.
OPERATOR'S CABIN HAVING A PROTECTIVE GRID
The invention relates to an operator's cabin of a work machine, in particular of an earth-moving machine, comprising: a housing structure that surrounds a workplace for an operator of the work machine, a front windshield at a front side of the operator's cabin, a front grid that is positioned in its protective position in front of the front windshield, and a roof grid that is positioned in its protective position above a roof section of the operator's cabin. The operator's cabin is characterized in that the front grid and the roof grid can be moved out of their respective protective positions by a rotary movement and/or a translatory movement.
