Motor vehicle with a connection device
A motor vehicle with a traction battery and a connection device. The traction battery can be connected to an energy source external to the vehicle for recharging. In this case, the connection device has an electrical charging cable and a rotatably mounted cable reel for taking up the charging cable. The charging cable be guided in a longitudinal beam of the motor vehicle configured as a hollow profile.
Vehicle frame assembly
A vehicle includes a first rail and a second rail elongated along a vehicle-longitudinal axis and spaced from each other along a vehicle-lateral axis. The vehicle includes an energy storage device between the first rail and the second rail. The vehicle includes a support structure between the first rail and the second rail. The vehicle includes a cable under tension and extending from the first rail to the second rail, the cable between the energy storage device and the support structure.

MOTOR VEHICLE WITH HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE FLOOR
A motor vehicle, including: a loading floor; a height adjusting device with a guide on which the loading floor is pivotably mounted and movable in a substantially vertical direction and can be mounted in at least two height positions; one or more tiered support elements for supporting the loading floor in the at least two height positions; where the guide includes a first guideway for moving the floor towards the top of the guide and a second guideway for moving the floor towards the bottom of the guide; where the first guideway is configured such that exerting a backward longitudinal pulling force on the loading floor results in movement of the loading floor from a lower height position to an upper height position; and a set of corresponding features positioned beneath the loading floor for providing physical support and stability in the at least two height positions.

A vehicle shown herein is a side by side powersports vehicle having a utility bed recessed in the rear body portion below an upper surface, the utility bed forming a stepped portion relative to the rear body portion and having a maximum lateral width greater than a diameter of at least one of the wheels, and a minimum width less than a diameter of at least one of the wheels, whereby a spare wheel may be stored on the stepped portion of the utility bed. As shown herein, the utility bed is defined as a removable tub, which can be removed from the rear body portion. The utility bed has defined troughs in a floor thereof angled rearwardly wherein the utility bed has drains which drain away from any heat source of the vehicle. The seats of the vehicle allow longitudinal movement and tilt capability.

Space-saving spare wheel assembly having ergonomic handles for use with a vehicle
A spare wheel assembly comprising a tire and a rim to which the tire is attached is disclosed. The rim includes a center mounting plate having a center bore, inner and outer opposed flanges, and a disk between the center bore and the flanges. The disk includes a pair of elongated, curved slots formed on opposite sides of the center bore. Each of the slots is an ergonomically-formed hand hold for receiving fingers of an operator's hand. The inner and outer opposed flanges of the rim define perimeters of the rim between which the tire is held. The curved slots are concentric with respect to the perimeter of the outer flange and with respect to the center bore. A centerline is formed radially through the assembly. The disk is positioned on one side of the centerline and the mounting plate is positioned on the other side of the centerline.
HANDLE DEVICE
There is provided a handle device. The handle device includes a base member, a handle member, and a swing member. The handle member has a grasp portion. The swing member includes a handle-side abutting portion, a base-side abutting portion, and a rotational pivot portion. As the handle-side abutting portion comes away from a bottom portion of the base member, the base-side abutting portion comes close to the bottom portion of the base member.
Rear end structure of vehicle body
Provided is a rear end structure of a vehicle body, with which it is possible to reduce vehicle weight and achieve satisfactory vehicle body rigidity. The rear end structure of a vehicle body is equipped with a floor panel having a low floor part, a high floor part provided rearward of the low floor part, and a floor recess formed in the high floor part and describing a protuberant configuration when viewed in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, and a brace connecting the low floor part and the bottom surface of the floor recess.
