An attachment system for removably attaching an implement under a vehicle. The mounting system includes a vehicle frame. The vehicle frame has a pair of spaced apart frame portions. Each of a pair of hitch receiving points is connectable with a respective one of the frame portions. An implement includes support structure extending for a length. A pair of hitch pins is associated with the support structure. The hitch pins are spaced apart in a direction along the length of the support structure. Each hitch pin is for attachment to a respective one of the hitch receiving points. A structural member is associated with the support structure and has a portion adapted to attach to structure outboard of a frame portion. A lift mechanism is connectable with a portion of the vehicle frame. The lift mechanism is attachable with the structural member to move the hitch pins relative to the hitch receiving points.

A tractor front linkage quick attach coupling system for interlocking a tractor to a tool front linkage assembly. The coupling system comprises linkage assembly anchoring arms engaging complementary tractor inclined ramps. The arms have notches engaging upper rim members and lower cam members. The cam members are movable between arms/ramps locking/unlocking conditions. A cam member release preventing safety device is provided, to prevent accidental release of the coupling system. This safety device includes sliding stops, over-center compression spring mounted connector rod members, a transverse link, a push link and a hand lever for deactivating the safety device.

Adapter bracket assembly configured to adapt a utility vehicle for use with a different utility component

An adapter bracket assembly is configured to allow a tractor to operatively connect to a different, otherwise incompatible utility component. The adapter bracket assembly includes an attachment member configured to securely connect to an attachment bracket that is compatible with the tractor, and a component-engaging member that is configured to securely connect to the different utility component in order to securely and operatively connect the different utility component to the tractor.

Autonomous vehicle connected tool interchange systems and methods

Disclosed herein is an autonomous vehicle comprising at least one subsystem capable of determining a location corresponding to a connectable tool; determining an orientation for interconnecting with the connectable tool; aligning the autonomous vehicle for interconnecting with the connectable tool based on the location and the orientation of the connectable tool; engaging the connectable tool at one or more physical connection points and at least one electrical connection point; and establishing power line modem (PLM) communications between the autonomous vehicle and the connectable tool via an electrical power connection resulting from the engaging the at least one electrical connection point; and, before commencing full power operations over said electrical power connection, determining that the electrical power connection is without current diversion by transmitting a fixed amount of non-lethal electrical power from the autonomous vehicle to the connectable tool via the electrical power connection and determining whether the difference between the power transmitted by the autonomous vehicle and the power received by the connectable tool exceeds a threshold for indicating current diversion.

ARTICULATED MACHINE WITH ROTATABLE BOOM AND CABIN FOR MATERIAL HANDLING AND PROCESSING

An articulated machine for moving an object includes a front chassis, a rear chassis, a power swivel system, a cabin, and a boom apparatus is provided. The rear chassis can be coupled to the front chassis by a rear chassis actuator for moving the rear chassis relative the front chassis. The power swivel system can be disposed partially within the front chassis and can have a rotational axis. The cabin can be rotatably coupled the power swivel system and can be disposed adjacent the boom swivel plate. The cabin can be independently rotatable about the rotational axis of the power swivel system. The boom apparatus can be rotatably mounted on the front chassis and can be coupled to the power swivel system. The boom swivel plate can permit independent rotation of the boom apparatus about the rotational axis of the power swivel system.
