Tracked personal snow transport system
The present disclosure provides a snow transport system with a frame comprising a base plate, a pair of opposed side plates, and a plurality of cross members extending between the side plates. A pair of convex lower track slides are mounted on lower portions of, and a pair of convex upper track slides are mounted on upper portions of, the pair of opposed side plates. A drive wheel is mounted at an upper front portion of the frame and connected to be driven by a motor mounted within the frame, an idler wheel is mounted at a lower rear portion of the frame, and a continuous track is wrapped around the wheels and the slides. A push arm assembly is mounted to one side of the frame and extends forwardly from the frame with a push bar portion and user controls at a forward end thereof.

VEHICLE WITH TRACK LUBRICATION SYSTEM
A vehicle, including a chassis; at least one seat connected to the chassis; a motor connected to the chassis; an endless drive track disposed at least in part below the chassis, the endless drive track being operatively connected to the motor for propulsion of the vehicle; a suspension assembly supporting the endless drive track and including slide rails; and a drive track lubrication system connected to the chassis. The system includes a lubricant tank and at least one conduit positioned and arranged to deliver lubricant from the lubricant tank to at least a portion of an interior side of the endless drive track, the lubricant delivered providing lubrication at least partially between the interior side of the endless drive track and the slide rails.
COMPOSITE RUNNING BOARD
A composite running board for a snow vehicle includes a first side rail a first side rail positionable along an outboard side of a side panel of a snowmobile tunnel and a second side rail positionable outboard of the first side rail adjacent a support member. The second side rail defines one or more retaining features that are engageable with the support member. One or more cross members extend from the first side rail to the second side rail. The first side rail, the second side rail, and the cross members comprise a fiber reinforced polymer.
COMPOSITE RUNNING BOARD
A composite running board for a snow vehicle includes a first side rail a first side rail positionable along an outboard side of a side panel of a snowmobile tunnel and a second side rail positionable outboard of the first side rail adjacent a support member. The second side rail defines one or more retaining features that are engageable with the support member. One or more cross members extend from the first side rail to the second side rail. The first side rail, the second side rail, and the cross members comprise a fiber reinforced polymer.
Front ski suspension system for a snowmobile and method for installing the same
The present invention is directed to a single-ski assembly being configured to convert a double-ski conventional snowmobile to a single-ski snowmobile while improving the steerability, the maneuverability and the floatation of snowmobiles and thus by providing an adjustable angular front orientation of the ski. The single-ski assembly comprises a damping system adapted to control the longitudinal direction of the snowmobile and a steering mechanism adapted to control the upward and downward rotation of the ski.
Front ski suspension system for a snowmobile and method for installing the same
The present invention is directed to a single-ski assembly being configured to convert a double-ski conventional snowmobile to a single-ski snowmobile while improving the steerability, the maneuverability and the floatation of snowmobiles and thus by providing an adjustable angular front orientation of the ski. A skid frame for a snowmobile is disclosed including a generally planar skid surface extending between front and rear idler wheels. The front and rear idler wheel are offset from one another and define a longitudinal direction. A track encircles the skid frame having the skid surface positioned over a center of the track such that a major longitudinally extending portion of the track that is coextensive with the skid surface has first and second unsupported lateral portions on either side of the skid surface. The first and second unsupported lateral portions extend in the horizontal direction at least 25 percent of a width of the track. A suspension arm member may mount the skid rail and include mount portions for mounting to a tunnel and spanning a distance at least twice the width of the longitudinal beam.
