Track roller assembly and method
A track roller assembly may have a track roller, a roller shaft and collars press fit onto either end of the roller shaft to retain the track roller on the roller shaft with an axial clearance between the collars and the track roller. During assembly, the collars may be press fit onto the shaft ends and forced axially inwardly until further axial movement of the collars is prevented by engagement shoulders of the track roller. A compressive axial load may be applied to the roller shaft to reduce a shaft length of the roller shaft and to cause the roller shaft to slide inwardly relative to the collars. The compressive axial load is removed from the roller shaft so that the roller shaft extends back to the normal shaft length and the collars move axially farther apart as the roller shaft extends back to the normal shaft length.
Continuous track covering device
A continuous track covering device for a continuous track vehicle that prevents dirt and debris from falling therefrom when the vehicle is being transported. The continuous track covering device includes a cover having a first panel, a second panel, and a third panel linearly aligned with one another. The cover can be wrapped around the exposed portions of a continuous track of a continuous track vehicle when the vehicle is being transported. The device further includes one or more loop fasteners that can receive a strap therethrough and one or more pockets that can receive a magnet therein, wherein the straps and magnets are used to removably secure the cover to the continuous track. Additionally, one or more side hooks are included on the cover to further secure the cover to the continuous track.

TRACK ASSEMBLY FOR PROVIDING TRACTION TO AN OFF-ROAD VEHICLE SUCH AS AN ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLE (ATV) OR A SNOWMOBILE
A track assembly for traction of an off-road vehicle, such as an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) or a snowmobile, is disclosed. The track assembly comprises a plurality of track-contacting wheels, which comprises: a drive wheel; and a plurality of idler wheels spaced apart in a longitudinal direction of the track assembly. The track assembly also comprises an endless track disposed around the track-contacting wheels. A frame of the track assembly may comprise a hollow frame structure. The hollow frame structure may be dimensioned to impede accumulation of snow, mud, rocks, debris, etc. in the track assembly. The track assembly may comprise interwheel guides between longitudinally adjacent ones of the idler wheels to contact a bottom run of the endless track, and/or fenders adjacent to given ones of the idler wheels. The frame's hollowness, the interwheel guides, and/or the fenders may be realized during molding of a portion of the frame using a blow molding or other fluid-based molding process.

JOINT BUSHINGS FOR TRACK JOINT ASSEMBLIES
A thrust ring comprises a body including a cylindrical outer surface, a cylindrical inner surface, defining a central axis, an axial direction, a circumferential direction, a first axial end, a second axial end, and at least one recess on the first axial end, and at least one protrusion extending from the cylindrical inner surface toward the central axis.
LUG BAR, TRACK SHOE, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING LUG BAR
The lug bar includes a base, having a bar shape and made of a first metal, and an overlay, extending along the longitudinal direction of the base to cover a covered region as a part of the outer peripheral surface of the base. In an overlay edge portion corresponding to a boundary between the covered region and an exposed region other than the covered region of the surface of the base, the exposed region and the surface of the overlay are flush with each other to form a forged surface.
LINK SEAL OF CRAWLER TRACK AND METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a link seal of a crawler track, and a method of manufacturing the same. During the manufacturing of the link seal, a shape restoration part is formed integrally on the link seal body in order to enhance the restorative force partially or entirely and without needing additional ring-shaped shape restoration member, so the link seal of a crawler track does not need assembly work of the link seal, has a simple structure, can maintain the restorative force of the link seal for a long time without elongation of the ring-shaped shape restoration member, and remarkably reduce manufacturing costs of the link seal.
Forced Air Thawing System for Machinery Undercarriages
A thawing system for heating an undercarriage of a machine is presented. The thawing system comprises a forced air system in fluid connection with a heating element. An insulated conduit connected to the outlet of the heating element is configured to transport heated air from the heating element towards the undercarriage. A plurality of outlets within the undercarriage that branch from the insulated conduit comprise a nozzle configured to direct heated air to targeted areas of the undercarriage.
Sealing device for a casing
A casing for a rotating machine includes a first fixed segment, and a second segment rotating along an axis of rotation (X-X). The first segment and the second segment are in contact along an interface provided with a sealing element. The sealing element is positioned in a housing connected to the internal volume of the casing, and also to the surrounding medium. The connection between the housing and the surrounding medium is made via a duct. The first casing segment or the second casing segment has a planer positioned at an outer end of the duct.
