Roller temperature monitoring
Overheating of the rollers in a track on mobile equipment can result in failure of the track. Accordingly, embodiments are disclosed for a temperature monitoring device that can be installed within an oil fill hole of each roller. Each temperature monitoring device may monitor the oil temperature within a respective roller, and communicate that oil temperature or other temperature indication to a controller. The controller may alert a human operator or another system when the temperature of a roller exceeds a predefined threshold that is indicative of overheating.
VEHICLE TRACK SYSTEM AND ASSEMBLY FOR OFF-ROAD CONDITIONS
A vehicle track system and assembly for outfitting vehicles for mobility in off-road conditions. Snow, mud, muck, soil, sand, ice, and other fickle conditions are more readily traversed. In an implementation, a spindle, a first driver, a drive sleeve, a second driver, and a single track are all part of the vehicle track assembly. Multiple of these components of the vehicle track assembly are furnished with one or more clocking indicia. The clocking indicia serves to provide rotational alignment indications amid assemblage procedures of the components of the vehicle track assembly. Proper timing of the drivers with respect to each other and attendant engagement with the single track is hence facilitated. Binding or other shortcomings observed with improperly-timed drivers is more readily resolved.
Cast idler wheel
An idler wheel includes a hub, an outer rim, and a pair of side plates that form an interior cavity extending radially between the outer rim (110) and the hub, and axially between the pair of side plates. The first side plate defines a maximum side plate axial thickness disposed radially next to the hub in a cross-sectional plane containing a radial direction, and an axis of rotation, as well as a minimum side plate thickness disposed radially next to the outer rim. A ratio of the maximum thickness to the minimum thickness ranges from 1.325 to 1.900.

Tracked undercarriage roller assembly with temperature monitoring
A tracked undercarriage roller assembly including a roller body having a through cavity delimited by a radially inner surface, a shaft in the through cavity, a bushing extending from a first axial end to a second axial end and radially interposed between the roller body and the shaft, an annular chamber at least partially filled with a lubricant and radially interposed between the shaft and the bushing, a housing seat in the shaft including an inlet portion facing an axial end surface of the shaft and a measuring portion inside the shaft in an axial position between the first and second axial ends of the bushing, wherein the inlet portion and the measuring portion are aligned along an axial direction. A temperature transducer is inside the housing seat at the measuring portion, wherein the measuring portion is at a radial distance from the bushing between 8 millimetres and 50 millimetres.

WHEEL WITH INTEGRAL, LUBRICANT-FILLED HUB
The present invention is directed to a wheel which is adapted to be rotatably mounted on an axle. The wheel comprises a central hub, a rim which circumscribes the central hub, and a plurality of spokes which extend between and connect the central hub and the rim. The central hub, the rim, and the plurality of spokes are integrally formed as a single, unitary piece. The central hub comprises an axle bore and a lubricant reservoir. The axle bore is adapted to receive the axle for rotatably mounting the wheel thereto. The lubricant reservoir is formed within the central hub and includes an opening which opens into the axle bore. As the wheel rotates, the lubricant flows through the opening into the axle bore and lubricates the axle. Preferably, the central hub includes agitating fins located within the lubricant reservoir which agitate and circulate the lubricant as the wheel rotates.

Excavator lower part length regulating system and excavator
The present application relates to the technical field of construction machinery, in particular to an excavator lower part length regulating system and an excavator. The excavator lower part length regulating system includes: a lower part walking beam; a caterpillar track, provided around the lower part walking beam; and a regulating assembly, adapted to regulating the length of the lower part walking beam and the height of the caterpillar track along a longitudinal direction. The regulating assembly has an extension state in which the lower part walking beam is driven to be elongated and the caterpillar track is driven to descend along a longitudinal direction, and a contraction state in which the lower part walking beam is driven to be shortened and the caterpillar track is driven to ascend along the longitudinal direction. The present application provides the excavator lower part length regulating system, which regulates the length of the lower part walking beam and concomitantly regulates the height of the caterpillar track along the longitudinal direction by providing the regulating assembly, to realize an adaptive regulation of the caterpillar track with a constant perimeter, overcome the defect that the traditional excavator fails to regulate the ground pressure; and provide the excavator capable of regulating the ground pressure according to requirements.
