ROLLER UNIT OF CRAWLER TRAVEL UNIT, CRAWLER TRAVEL UNIT, AND WORK MACHINE
A shaft has an outer circumferential surface provided with a recessed portion in which a cooling medium is accommodated. A roller is rotatable relative to the outer circumferential surface of the shaft. A radial sliding bearing supports the roller to be rotatable relative to the outer circumferential surface of the shaft. A floating seal includes a rotating-side member that is supported by the roller and a fixed-side member that slides together with the rotating-side member. In a radial direction of the shaft, the recessed portion faces: a sliding portion between the rotating-side member and the fixed-side member in the floating seal: and the radial sliding bearing.
LINK ASSEMBLY AND SEAL ASSEMBLY
A link assembly includes a first member, a second member opposing the first member and being rotatable around a rotating shaft, a seal housing formed between the first and second members, and a seal assembly disposed inside the seal housing. The seal assembly has a seal ring and a load ring. The seal ring has a support ring and a lip ring. The seal ring is disposed between the first member and the load ring. The load ring is disposed between the seal ring and the second member. The lip ring abuts the load ring. The lip ring has a first lip part that abuts the first member and protrudes in an axial direction of the rotating shaft, and a second lip part that abuts the second member and protrudes in a radial direction perpendicular to the rotating shaft.
RUBBER TRACK
A rubber track, in particular for a road paver or a feeder vehicle, comprising at least one drive wheel and at least one guide wheel, which are placed on a carrier together with wheels arranged in pairs and a rubber track, wherein the wheels have rims, and wherein on a circumferential surface of the rims of the wheels a rubber lining is attached, wherein a guide cam is provided on an inner side of the rubber track, which guide cam is configured to penetrate into an intermediate space between two wheels located next to each other, wherein a contact surface of the wheels facing the guide cam has an insert detachably attached to the rims.
Seal assembly
A seal assembly for sealing a lubricant space that is formed between a pin, a track shoe pressed-on onto one end of the pin, and a sleeve of a track. The sleeve is pushed onto the pin and is swivelable on the pin. The track further includes at least one second track shoe pressed onto one end of the sleeve. The seal assembly provides a first seal ring for sealing the lubricant space between the sleeve and the first track shoe, and an elastic ring for applying pressure to the first seal ring. The seal assembly further provides a second seal ring for sealing the lubricant space between sleeve and the first track shoe and/or the pin.
