The track system has a frame defining a longitudinal center plane, a wheel assembly rotationally and pivotably connected to the frame, and the endless track having the inner surface and surrounding the frame and the wheel assembly. The wheel assembly has a non-linear axle and a wheel. The non-linear axle has a first segment and a second segment. The wheel is rotationally connected to the first segment extending along a rotation axis of the wheel. The second segment being pivotably connected to the frame. The second segment is offset from the first segment so that the second segment is closer to an inner surface of an endless track than the first segment.

In this way, when the crawling welding robot moves on a non-planar surface for welding, the two crawler wheels can freely adjust its posture relative to the vehicle chassis to adapt to the surface for welding and improve a degree of fit between the two crawler wheels and the surface for welding, making the moving direction of the crawling welding robot easier to be controlled and reducing a probability of the crawling welding robot slipping or falling from the surface for welding.

Working machine

A working machine includes a track guide for restraining a crawler belt from displacement in a left-and-right direction. The track guide includes a front attachment member and a rear attachment member each detachably attached to a crawler frame, and a right contact plate member and a left contact plate member laid between the front attachment member and the rear attachment member. Each of the right contact plate member and the left contact plate member includes a restraint plate and a reinforcement plate, and is supported on the front attachment member and the rear attachment member with an outer surface of the restraint plate and an upper surface of the reinforcement plate both being in surface contact with the front attachment member and the rear attachment member.

A working machine includes a track guide for restraining a crawler belt from displacement in a left-and-right direction. The track guide includes a front attachment member and a rear attachment member each detachably attached to a crawler frame, and a right contact plate member and a left contact plate member laid between the front attachment member and the rear attachment member. Each of the right contact plate member and the left contact plate member includes a restraint plate and a reinforcement plate, and is supported on the front attachment member and the rear attachment member with an outer surface of the restraint plate and an upper surface of the reinforcement plate both being in surface contact with the front attachment member and the rear attachment member.
