Guarded track lock for power-operated machinery and associated methods
A guarded track lock includes a support plate having a planar anterior face, a finger protruding outwardly away from the planar anterior face, and a bolt protruding outwardly away from the planar anterior face and registered parallel to the finger. A face plate has a plurality of statically coupled portions angularly offset from a central axis of the bolt, wherein one of the portions has an aperture configured to receive the bolt therethrough. A protective cover is removably engaged with the face plate and supported against the one portion, a nut affixed to the bolt and seated within the protective cover, and a locking member releasably connected to the bolt and seated within the protective cover. The bolt is configured to fit through the sprocket of the existing power-operated machinery, thereby providing the new and useful result of prohibiting operation of the track in forwarded and reward directions.

Suspended undercarriage assembly for a track system
A suspended undercarriage assembly connectable to a multi-member frame assembly of a track system includes a beam having a leading portion and a trailing portion, at least one support wheel assembly connectable to the beam, at least one of a leading resilient bushing assembly and a trailing resilient bushing assembly including a bushing having an opening defined therein and being shaped and dimensioned for promoting deformation of the bushing in at least one of a vertical direction and a lateral direction. The bushing is resiliently deformable to permit movement of the beam relative to the multi-member frame assembly in the vertical direction and in the lateral direction, and to resiliently bias the beam towards a rest position with respect to the multi-member frame assembly. A track system having the suspended undercarriage assembly is also provided.
Active tension system and method
A work machine may include an idler wheel, a drivable track engaged with the idler wheel, and an actuator configured to move the idler wheel to adjust the tension in the drivable track. A controller may actively instruct the actuator to adjust the tension in the drivable track based on the pressure in the actuator and variables associated with the drivable track and the work machine.

Robotic pool cleaner
A robotic pool cleaner includes a cleaning body, a drive and a cleaning roller brush mechanism. The robotic pool cleaner filters liquid and/or contaminants in a pool through the cleaning body. The drive mechanism is connected to the cleaning body, which is driven to move in the pool in a working process of the robotic pool cleaner. The drive mechanism includes a drive wheel with a first outer ring gear. The cleaning roller brush mechanism is coupled with the first outer ring gear through a transmission belt, so that the cleaning roller brush mechanism is driven by the first outer ring gear to rotate relative to the cleaning body when the drive motor drives the first outer ring gear to rotate. The robotic pool cleaner improves cleaning efficiency and reduces wear of a cleaning roller brush, thereby prolonging the service life of the cleaning roller brush mechanism.

Utilizing a suspension protector to deflect debris away from a set of suspension components of a tracked vehicle
Techniques are directed to utilizing a suspension protector to deflect debris away from a set of suspension components of a tracked vehicle. The tracked vehicle includes a vehicle body, a suspension, and a set of suspension protectors. The suspension couples with the vehicle body and is constructed and arranged to control movement of the vehicle body using tracks. Each suspension protector couples with the vehicle body and is disposed a predefined distance from a respective wheel of the suspension to deflect debris thrown from the respective wheel and a respective track away from a respective set of suspension components of the suspension.
