WHEEL OF TRACK SYSTEM FOR TRACTION OF A VEHICLE

A wheel of a track system for traction of a vehicle (e.g., an agricultural vehicle) may be configured to protect a track of the track system by reducing stress induced in the track by the wheel. For example, a circumferential surface of the wheel may be uneven (e.g., curved) in a widthwise direction of the wheel (e.g., to have a crown) and/or a covering of the wheel may be asymmetrical about a midpoint of the covering in the widthwise direction of the wheel (e.g., include corners that are shaped differently).

Working machine

A working machine includes a track guide for restraining a crawler belt from displacement in a left-and-right direction. The track guide includes a front attachment member and a rear attachment member each detachably attached to a crawler frame, and a right contact plate member and a left contact plate member laid between the front attachment member and the rear attachment member. Each of the right contact plate member and the left contact plate member includes a restraint plate and a reinforcement plate, and is supported on the front attachment member and the rear attachment member with an outer surface of the restraint plate and an upper surface of the reinforcement plate both being in surface contact with the front attachment member and the rear attachment member.

Track assemblies (242; 300) for power machines (100; 200) include a track frame (243; 302), including a primary portion (304) and a second portion (306) moveable with respect to the primary portion. A plurality of rollers (248; 316) are positioned along the primary portion of the track frame relative to each other and the center of gravity of the power machine to provide an improved capability to compensate for vibration generated as the power machine moves over a support surface. In some aspects, a portion of a tensioning idler (e.g., 310) is positioned within a cylinder defined by one of the plurality of rollers.

A support roller for vehicle tracks, includes a tubular body rotatable on a supporting shaft integral with a chassis; the tubular body has an external surface for accommodating a portion of an internal face of a respective chain. The supporting shaft comprises at least three consecutive cylindrical segments having constant external diameters and increasing progressively from one segment to the next. The tubular body comprises an internal cavity provided with a first portion whose dimensions are complementary to the segment of said shaft that has the largest diameter and an intermediate portion, which in the assembly configuration faces and is proximate to a segment of the shaft having an intermediate diameter; the intermediate portion has a different diameter than the first portion. An annular interspace that accommodates rolling elements is formed between the segment having an intermediate diameter of the supporting shaft and the intermediate portion of the tubular body.

Tracked vehicle having motor coaxially arranged with drive wheel

The invention relates to a tracked vehicle comprising a vehicle body and a track assembly pair. Said track assembly pair is arranged to suspendedly support said vehicle body allowing relative movement between said vehicle body and each track assembly (21) of said track assembly pair. Each track assembly (21) comprises a track support beam (22) configured to support a plurality of road wheels (23, 23a), a drive wheel (24), and a motor (110) for operating said drive wheel (24), an endless track (25) being disposed around said road wheels (23, 23a) and drive wheel (24). Said motor (110) is fixedly arranged to said track support beam (22). Said motor (110) is arranged in connection to the drive wheel (24) such that a motor axle essentially coaxially coincides with a centre axis (Z) of the drive wheel (24).
