TRACK SYSTEM

A track system for use with a vehicle includes an attachment assembly connectable to the chassis of the vehicle having a multi-pivot assembly having a first pivot extending longitudinally and defining a roll pivot axis, and a second pivot extending laterally and defining a pitch pivot axis. A frame assembly is disposed laterally outwardly from the attachment assembly and connected thereto. The frame assembly includes at least one wheel-bearing frame member. The track system further includes at least one actuator connected between the attachment assembly and the frame assembly for pivoting the frame assembly about the roll pivot axis, a leading idler wheel assembly, a trailing idler wheel assembly, at least one support wheel assembly, and an endless track.

Track assembly for farm implement

A track assembly for assisting in moving a farm implement along a ground surface in a line of travel is provided. The track assembly includes a tilt arm comprising front and rear ends. The track assembly includes a camber arm coupled to the tilt arm such that the camber arm permits the tilt arm to pivot about a first axis perpendicular to the line of travel and a second axis parallel to the line of travel. The camber arm is located between the front and rear ends of the tilt arm.

TRACK TENSIONING SYSTEM

A track tensioning system for adjusting tension in a vehicle track, comprising a track tensioner comprising a hydraulic cylinder and a piston assembly slidably moveable within the cylinder and dividing the cylinder into a first and second chamber each in selective fluid communication with a pressurised hydraulic fluid source and reservoir, such that supply or withdrawal of hydraulic fluid to or from the chambers causes the piston assembly to move within the cylinder in either extension, increasing track tension, or retraction, decreasing track tension, further comprising a locking system capable of mechanically locking the position of the piston assembly with respect to the hydraulic cylinder, wherein the locking system is switchable between an engaged mode, where it prevents movement of the piston, thereby maintaining tension in the vehicle track, and a disengaged mode, where it allows movement of the piston, thereby allowing tension in the vehicle track to be adjusted.

Suspension system for a track-driven work vehicle with pivoting roller wheel assemblies

An improved suspension system for a track-driven work vehicle includes a roller beam and at least one roller wheel assembly coupled to the roller beam. The roller wheel assembly includes an inboard roller shaft, an inboard roller wheel coupled to the inboard roller shaft, an outboard roller shaft, and an outboard roller wheel coupled to the outboard roller shaft. Additionally, the roller wheel assembly includes a pivot mechanism coupling the inboard roller shaft to the outboard roller shaft.

Suspension system for a track-driven work vehicle with tandem rear idler/roller

An improved suspension system for a track-driven work vehicle includes a main undercarriage support beam and a rear suspension assembly provided in operative association with the main undercarriage support beam. In one embodiment, the rear suspension assembly includes a rear rocker arm that pivotably couples both a rear idler wheel and a separate rear roller wheel of the system to the main undercarriage support beam.

Robotic pool cleaner

This application provides a robotic pool cleaner comprising a cleaning body, a drive and a cleaning roller brush mechanism. The robotic pool cleaner filters liquid and/or contaminants in a pool through the cleaning body. The drive mechanism is connected to the cleaning body. The cleaning body is driven to move in the pool in a working process of the robotic pool cleaner. The drive mechanism comprises a drive wheel with a first outer ring gear, the first outer ring gear is externally engaged with the cleaning roller brush mechanism, so that the cleaning roller brush mechanism is driven by the first outer ring gear to rotate relative to the cleaning body when the drive motor drives the first outer ring gear to rotate. The robotic pool cleaner provided in this application can improve cleaning efficiency and reduce wear of a cleaning roller brush, so that the service life of the cleaning roller brush mechanism is prolonged.
