Disclosed herein is a platform for conveying a plurality of work parts in a sequence of manufacturing stations, the platform being mobile and including an inclined surface, and a set of two elements, one element of the set extending along a first plane and another element of the set extending along a second plane, an intersection of the first plane with the inclined surface defining a first direction, an intersection of the second plane with the inclined surface defining a second direction, the first direction and the second direction delimiting an angular sector, so that a work part placed on the inclined surface within the angular sector is driven by its weight downwards with respect to a slope of the inclined plane towards an intersection of the first direction and the second direction.
Movable platform for replacing battery and quick replacing system
Disclosed are a movable battery replacing platform (103) and a quick replacing system (100), wherein the movable battery replacing platform (103) comprises: a travel-driving portion (106) used for driving the movable battery replacing platform (103) to move on the ground; a lifting portion (107) mounted on the travel-driving portion (106), for lifting a battery during the replacement of the battery; and a battery mounting portion (108) mounted on the top of the lifting portion (107), for placing a battery to be replaced or a replaced battery, wherein the battery mounting porting (108) is provided with a battery replacing device. The device can use an unlocking device (50) to unlock a battery locked on the bottom of an electric vehicle, automatically aligning an unlocking point of a battery locking mechanism and realizing automatic unlocking in the movement. The whole process is fully automated without manual intervention and can improve battery replacement efficiency. In addition, the angle of an upper board (10) relative to the battery unlocking position can be adjusted by a movement actuating device, so that the unlocking point of the battery can automatically fit where the movable battery replacing platform (103) remains still, so as to further improve unlocking efficiency.

The instructions include generating vehicle assembly instructions based on the vehicular manufacturing process, one or more selected levels from among the plurality of levels, and one or more selected manufacturing cells disposed at the one or more selected levels, defining a nominal path based on the one or more selected manufacturing cells and the one or more selected levels, and controlling movement of the manufacturing capsules based on the nominal path.

A first exemplary aspect is a workpiece conveyance system configured to convey a first workpiece inside a facility and raise the first workpiece, the workpiece conveyance system including: an on-floor carriage configured to be movable on a floor of the facility, the on-floor carriage including a placement part on which the first workpiece is placed; and an elevating machine configured to push up the placement part, the elevating machine being configured separately from the on-floor carriage.

A facility-based sensory system for the manufacture of modular vehicle subassemblies (MVSs) includes facility-based sensors and zone controllers. Each of the facility-based sensors is configured to be in communication with and transmit proximity data and/or vision data to the zone controllers. And each of the zone controllers is configured to be assigned to one of a plurality of assembly zones along an assembly line such that a MVS moving through the plurality of assembly zones is detected by the plurality of facility-based sensors and the detection is transmitted to the plurality of zone controllers. An onboard controller is included and configured to be attached to the MVS moving through the plurality of assembly zones. The onboard controller is configured to receive instructions from the plurality of zone controllers such that monitoring and directing of the MVS moving through the plurality of assembly zones is provided.
Main buck unit for vehicle body assembling system and control method of the same
A vehicle body assembling system forms a pre-buck section and a main buck section set along a transfer path of a floor assembly. A main buck unit is set at opposite sides of the transfer path in the main buck section, controls an upper portion of a side assembly in a state that a lower portion of each side assembly is pre-assembled to the floor assembly the pre-buck section, and assembles the upper portion of the side assembly and vehicle body parts using a second welding robot.
