Garden bean variety ‘Memphis’ is characterized by its long fleshy flat pods, its heat tolerance, very erect plant (especially for this bean type), and resistance to Colletotrichum lindemuthianum (Anthracnose) and resistance to Pseudomonas syringae pv phaseolicola (Halo Blight).
