SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ALERTING USERS OF SAFTEY MEASURES
An alarm system for bicycles and other vehicles where helmets are used by the user. A helmet detection unit is located in the seat of a bicycle or in the standing area of a scooter and is able to ascertain whether or not the user is wearing a helmet. When the use is not wearing a helmet, an alarm is activated that alerts the user that a helmet should be worn.

Collision Alert Systems and Methods for Micromobility Vehicles
Collision alert systems and methods for micromobility vehicles includes a proximity sensor, a speed sensor, a warning device, and a controller having a bypass mode and a warning mode. The controller compares the speed of the micromobility vehicle with a predetermined speed threshold, enters the bypass mode when the speed of the micromobility vehicle is less than the predetermined speed threshold, and enters the warning mode when the speed of the micromobility vehicle is greater than the predetermined speed threshold. The controller does not activate the warning device in the bypass mode. In the warning mode, calculates an estimated time until a potential collision with the object, compares the estimated time object with a predetermined time threshold, and generates a collision warning by activating the warning device in response to the estimated time until collision being less than the predetermined time threshold.
VEHICLE HANDLEBAR HAVING A SEAL
A handlebar for a vehicle. The handlebar includes: a bar having an internal volume, the bar extending longitudinally between two ends, at least an end of which, referred to as a coupling end has a central axis, and is open to form a passage between the internal volume and an external environment; and a watertight closure at the coupling end.

LIGHTWEIGHT ELECTRIC SADDLE TYPE VEHICLE CHASSIS
A saddle type vehicle having at least one seat and at least two wheels, at least one electric motor, and a rechargeable electric energy storage system (RESS). The vehicle having a chassis that is formed from a first side frame member and a second side frame member to form a hollow interior. The chassis being configurable to support a pedaled configuration and a non-pedaled configuration utilizing the same chassis. The chassis forming a battery compartment and storage compartment that are accessible from an upper surface of the chassis. The chassis also extends from a forward end of the vehicle to a rear end of the vehicle such that the rear wheel connects to the rear end of the chassis and a steering stem attaches near the forward end of the chassis.

BICYCLE STEM WITH INTEGRATED BELL
The present application is directed to a Bicycle Stem with Integrated Bell that mounts between the steering post and the handle bars. It incorporates a utility accessory mount for attaching a front light, a camera or other devices that can be easily removed. In addition, it will have an internal cavity where a gravity and motion activated conventional bell that can ring using a magnetic on/off option or a mechanical on/off capability. The internal cavity may additionally house an electronic component with a bell or siren having a continuous sound or when the cyclist presses the on/off switch or an intermittent audible sound control button.
BICYCLE WITH INTEGRATED ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS
A smart bicycle includes various integrated electrical accessories. The bicycle frame has an integrated computer processor, a global positioning system (GPS) receiver, horn and rear light. The stem of the bicycle has an integrated visual display that provides performance and directional information to the user. The fork of the bicycle has integrated lights and the front wheel can have an integrated dynamo generator that can power the electrical components and charge a system battery. The ride data can be transmitted to a smartphone and/or system servers, which can also store, analyze and display the rider data.
