A plurality of magnets is provided and each of the magnets is coupled to the purse and each of the wings. Each of the magnets magnetically engages the gas tank when the purse is positioned on the gas tank. In this way the purse is stored when the vehicle is driven.

A locking gun storage container that includes a main box, an upward biased lid pivotally mounted on one end of the main box, and a lock mechanism that allows the user to lock the lid in a closed position over the main box. Mounted inside the interior cavity of the main box is a holster with an interior pocket configured to hold a hand gun. The holster includes a front edge attached to a first hinge mounted to the inside surface of the lid and a rear edge attached to a second hinge assembly attached to the inside surface of the main box. The two hinge assemblies are configured to hold the holster vertically upright inside the interior cavity when the lid is opened and then repositioned to hold the holster horizontally inside the interior cavity when the lid is closed. Mounted on the bottom surface of the main box is a coupler that selectively attaches to a mount attached to a mounting surface enabling the enclosure to be selectively attached or detached to the mounting surface.

An active latch plate and a driven latch plate are configured to engage with a synchronization gear via racks. Dual latch plates are configured to move synchronously in opposite directions through an external actuating lever. The actuating lever is pressed to drive a rotation shaft and an internal pivot arm to retract the fastening heads, thereby achieving the unlocking. After releasing the actuating lever, the latch plates are reset via a first return spring, and the fastening heads pass through the through holes to engage with the fastening hole, thereby achieving the locking.
