The present invention relates to an electric bicycle, and more particularly, to a folding type electric bicycle capable of minimizing a volume to be folded. The present invention discloses a folding type electric bicycle including: a first body unit including a first frame in which a guide hole passing through at least a portion of a side surface of the first frame, a steering part passing through a front portion of the first frame, and a front wheel part supported by a lower side of the steering part; a second body unit including a second frame connected to the first frame, a pedal part disposed on the second frame, and a rear wheel part coupled to a rear portion of the second frame; and a movement unit passing through the guide hole to linearly move.

The present disclosure relates generally to bicycles. In particular, the present disclosure provides systems and devices for converting a standard bicycle into a cargo bicycle using various detachable components. The ability to convert a standard bicycle into a cargo bicycle and back again confers many advantages, including eliminating the need for a separate bicycle for transporting cargo and encouraging the use of bicycles as a mode of transportation.

A scooter apparatus including a steering assembly having a pivotable steering post having a pivotal axis; a handle-bar securely attached to the steering post; a pair of front wheels; a steering mechanism configured to steer the front wheels; a wheels-pivoting-mechanism configured to pivot the pair of front wheels; and a steering-tilt assembly configured to synchronously tilts the steering post towards the inside periphery of the turning curve, when pivoting the steering post. The rate of the tilt of the steering post, towards the inside periphery of the turning curve, is proportionally related to the pivoting rate of the steering post, and configured to vary depending on speed. The scooter further includes a deck assembly having a standing board and a rear wheel assembly. An interface assembly interconnecting the deck assembly with the steering assembly. The scooter is foldable and may include a detachable bag.

Disclosed is a folding bicycle, including: a front wheel, a rear wheel, a handlebar, a main frame, a support frame, a pedal mechanism, a first safety clamp, and a second safety clamp, the first safety clamp being configured to secure relative position between the support frame and the main frame; and a second rotating shaft is disposed between the through-hole and the position where the main frame joins with the handlebar. The folding bicycle disclosed offers an advantage of portability.

An electric powered bicycle includes front and rear wheels (102, 104) that swivel relative to a midframe (106). The midframe (106) includes a pedal driven generator-motor (108), and each wheel (102, 104) includes a motor-generator. The wheels (102, 104) may swivel to opposite sides of the midframe (106) about 180° to move into a collapsed configuration. Swivel may be on single axis joints (162, 168) with tilted swivel axes. In the collapsed configuration, the bicycle is suitable to be carried and stored and may also be utilized in a unicycle/exercycle configuration. By swiveling the wheels (102, 104) to the same side of the midframe (106) about 90°, the bicycle can be placed into other configurations including a walker, a rolling seat, and a chariot to carry packages or a person.

A bicycle and frame are disclosed, including a unitary front frame and a rear frame. The front frame includes a down tube rigidly connected to a head tube, a steerable front wheel assembly, and a crossbar rigidly fixed to one or both of the head tube and the down tube. The down tube is connected to the rear frame at a pivot proximate the bottom bracket shell. The rear frame includes a seat tube, a bottom bracket shell and a chainstay, all rigidly connected at the bottom bracket shell. A frame lock is disposed at the rearward end of the crossbar, for locking to the rear frame to substantially immobilize the pivot, placing the frame in a riding condition. The frame lock, when disengaged, facilitates relative movement of the front frame and the rear frame towards each other about the pivot, in a common vertical plane, to place the frame in a collapsed position, such that the down tube lies alongside the seat tube and the front frame and the rear frame are nested.

A cargo reversed tricycle apparatus and method providing an open front, allowing the encompassing of cargo and a low center of weight when carrying, allowing more options in loading, transporting, and unloading and improved stability and maneuverability. A front-open frame provides cargo space between the front wheels, and allows for a variety of ways to load, transport, and unload the cargo. A dual-crossed-drag-link steering arrangement is provided, where a drag-link driver linked to the handlebar pushes and pulls shaped link rods, which transfer the forces through pivot links on turning bars on the two front-wheel units, which thereby turn in the intended direction.

One variation of a system includes: a cam block mounted to a deck of a scooter and defining cam lobes arranged about a pivot feature and cam heels between the set of cam lobes; a pivot block pivotably coupled to the pivot feature and defining followers riding over the cam lobes; a pair of wheel uprights locating a pair of wheel assemblies; a first lateral link extending between and coupled to the pair of wheel uprights and pivotably coupled to the pivot block; a second lateral link extending between and coupled to the pair of wheel uprights, vertically offset from the first lateral link, and coupled to the pivot block between pair of wheel uprights; and a spring element driving the followers of the pivot block into cam heels to bias the second lateral link toward a neutral position.
