Seat frame for motorcycle
A seat frame for a motorcycle includes a plurality of aluminum parts manufactured with different manufacturing methods. A seat frame includes front members, middle members, and a rear member, the front members, the middle members, and the rear member being formed of aluminum. The rear member is formed by integral molding based on a gravity casting method. The rear member includes a pair of left and right rail portions, a front cross portion, a rear cross portion, and a plurality of attachment bosses for attaching other parts. The left and right rail portions each have an attachment portion to be connected to a rear end portion of corresponding one of the middle members provided on an end portion thereof on the front side in the vehicle longitudinal direction.
Shell-type frame unit, method for producing a frame unit, and use of a frame unit
A frame unit for a two-wheeled vehicle may comprise a main frame. The main frame may be formed by a first partial shell and a second partial shell that is joined to the first partial shell. The first partial shell and the second partial shell may be produced from a material comprising steel. The main frame may further comprise an upper tube, a lower tube, a seat tube, and/or a head tube. A rear section may be joined to the main frame and may include a chain stay and/or a seat stay. Further, each of the first and second partial shells may form a lateral half of the main frame, and the first and second partial shells may have a C-shaped cross section. The frame unit avoids the disadvantages of the prior art and offers a high degree of design freedom.

Body frame structure of motorcycle
A motorcycle body frame structure improves rigidity and further suppresses changes in vehicle body behavior. The body frame structure includes: a head pipe, right and left main frames connected to the head pipe, a down tube connected to the head pipe, right and left reinforcing frames installed between the down tube and corresponding right and left reinforcing frames. Each of the right and left reinforcing frames include a first and second joint portions joined to the down tube. The first joint portions are joined with corresponding right and left main frames. Each of the second joint portions include a first joint flange portion welded with corresponding right and left side surfaces of the down tube, a second joint flange portion welded with an upper surface of the down tube, and a third joint flange portion connected with the first and second joint flange portions and separated from the down tube.

Two-wheeled vehicle
A two-wheeled vehicle includes a frame assembly having a front end and a rear end extending along a longitudinally-extending centerline, a front ground-engaging member operably coupled to the front end of the frame assembly at a front rotational axis, and a rear ground-engaging member operably coupled to the rear end of the frame assembly at a rear rotational axis. The vehicle further includes an engine supported by the frame assembly and operably coupled to the front and rear ground-engaging members, and the engine includes a throttle body assembly. Additionally, the vehicle includes an air intake assembly fluidly coupled to the engine and including an airbox and a mounting plate having a first channel and a second channel. The first and second channels are configured to align with the throttle body assembly. The mounting plate is configured to couple the airbox to the throttle body assembly.
Vehicle
A vehicle includes a body frame including a connecting bracket including a unitary connector that connects a front end of a right frame and a front end of a left frame, and an extension that extends to the front of the vehicle from the connector to be welded to a link support at a front end thereof. When the vehicle is seen from the front thereof, a weld between the extension and the link support is located on an imaginary central straight line that passes a middle upper axis and a middle lower axis above or below a turning support in an up-and-down direction of the body frame.
