Bicycle frame and manufacturing method thereof
The present disclosure provides a bicycle frame including: a main frame; a support bracket formed separately from the main frame and bonded to a lower end portion of the main frame, and a motor mounting having a motor mounting portion configured to mount a motor therein, wherein the motor mounting bracket is formed separately from the support bracket, and is bonded to the support bracket.
SEAT FRAME FOR MOTORCYCLE
A seat frame for a motorcycle includes a plurality of aluminum parts manufactured with different manufacturing methods. A seat frame includes front members, middle members, and a rear member, the front members, the middle members, and the rear member being formed of aluminum. The rear member is formed by integral molding based on a gravity casting method. The rear member includes a pair of left and right rail portions, a front cross portion, a rear cross portion, and a plurality of attachment bosses for attaching other parts. The left and right rail portions each have an attachment portion to be connected to a rear end portion of corresponding one of the middle members provided on an end portion thereof on the front side in the vehicle longitudinal direction.
BODY FRAME FOR TWO-WHEELED MOTOR VEHICLE
A body frame of a two-wheeled motor vehicle includes a first frame extending rearward from a head pipe, a second frame disposed beneath the first frame with a gap there between, a third frame disposed beneath the second frame with a gap there between, a plate-shaped first reinforcing member provided between the first frame and the second frame, and a plate-shaped second reinforcing member provided between the second frame and the third frame, and the first reinforcing member and the second reinforcing member are formed so that external shapes thereof are connected. Thus, it is possible to provide a body frame for a two-wheeled motor vehicle that contributes to cutting the number of components and increasing the stiffness.
Box beam bicycle structure
A box beam bicycle structure (BBBS) having a box section, a right triangular section and a left triangular section. The right and left triangular sections are either integral with the box structure, or the triangular sections are attached to the box structure by riveting, bonding or welding. The box structure is preferably made of a sheet material and the parts that comprise the box structure are attached together by riveting, bonding or welding. The BBBS interfaces with bicycle components to function as a lightweight, strong bicycle frame. Additionally, the BBBS can be manufactured as a one-piece design, or can utilize a hybrid construction design with an internal structure and reinforcing members at areas of high stress.
BICYCLE FRAME
A frame of a bicycle includes: a seat tube having an enlarged portion formed in an upper part of the seat tube and connected with a main frame, a seat post movably disposed within the seat tube, a bicycle saddle mounted to an upper end of the seat post, and an adapter tube into which the seat post is inserted. In particular, the adapter tube includes a first clamp connected with the enlarged portion, a second clamp connected with the seat post, and a body connected with the first clamp and the second clamp.
Wheel mounting member having damping structure and stamping frame including the same
A wheel mounting member having a damping structure may include a dropout in which an axle insertion groove is formed at one side of a lower portion thereof, wherein a guide slot may be formed in a predetermined direction at a predetermined distance from the axle insertion groove; a bracket in which a protrusion inserted into the guide slot is formed at a lateral surface thereof; and an elastic member that is inserted into the guide slot and elastically supports the protrusion, wherein the elastic member may absorb impact transmitted to the dropout.
Three-wheeled electric vehicle
A three-wheeled electric vehicle in accordance with EU vehicle classification L2e-U, which has two electric-motor-driven rear wheels, each of which is driven by one wheel-hub motor. A hydraulically actuatable rear-wheel disc-brake system is mounted on each rear wheel which brake system is also fitted with an integrated electromechanical parking brake, the activation of which shifts each rear wheel into a parking-brake mode in which wheel rotation is prevented. In a rear portion, the vehicle body forms a support structure on which an optionally present, exchangeable transport container can be supported and secured with the aid of a quick-release fastening system. The quick-release fastening system includes one or more connection device(s), wherein each connection device includes a bar that protrudes from a bottom wall of the transport container; and a locking device, which is permanently attached to the support structure, is fitted with a movable blocking element.
FRAME STRUCTURE FOR A MOTORCYCLE
A frame structure for a motorcycle includes a main frame for supporting a front structure of the motorcycle, the main frame including a pair of main pipes extending rearward from a head pipe of the front structure; a pivot bracket including a metal plate, the pivot bracket connected to the main frame and including a rear cushion mounting portion and a swing arm mounting portion for swingably mounting a rear cushion and a swing arm. The main frame further includes: a pair of support pipes extending rearward from the head pipe for supporting the front structure; and a connecting portion jointly connected at a rear end of the pair of main pipes and the pair of support pipes for connecting to the pivot bracket. The rear cushion mounting portion is positioned forward of the connecting portion of the main frame when viewed from a side view of the motorcycle.
VEHICLE BODY FRAME OF STRADDLE-TYPE VEHICLE
There is provided a vehicle body frame of a straddle-type vehicle. A tank rail extends rearward from a head pipe at an upper side of a power unit. A body frame has a pair of side frame parts extending downward from a rear end side of the tank rail, an upper coupling part couples upper parts of the side frame parts, and a lower coupling part couples lower parts of the pair of side frame parts. Front and rear mount parts support the power unit. Swing arm support parts are provided in the side frame parts.
