Bicycle hydration system

A bicycle comprises a frame assembly and a hydration system. The frame assembly includes a main frame and a fork assembly pivotally coupled to the main frame. The hydration system includes a reservoir supported by the frame assembly, a collapsible bladder positioned in the reservoir, and a hose coupled to the bladder and extending through a reservoir opening. The hose enters the main frame through a frame opening and passes through an inside of the main frame above a bottom bracket. The hose exits the main frame through a front opening and enters the fork assembly through a fork opening facing toward the front opening. The fork assembly can also include a nose piece in front of the headset bearing, wherein the hose passes between headset bearing and the nose piece. The fork assembly can also include a handlebar and a riser supporting the handlebar, wherein the hose passes through the riser.

The present invention relates to a bicycle driving apparatus with a novel structure which allows a bicycle to move forward by alternately pushing each of both pedals in one direction. Since a user repeatedly presses down a left pedal (113) and a right pedal (114) to move a bicycle forward, the bicycle driving apparatus according to the present invention has an advantage of more convenience of use than a conventional bicycle driving apparatus in which the left pedal (113) and the right pedal (114) should rotate.

Bottom bracket for bicycles

A bottom bracket is connected to a spindle and a frame of a bicycle. The bottom bracket comprises a housing and an adapter. The housing is connected to the frame and comprises a substantially circular disc, one or more pins, and an actuating mechanism. The disc comprises a plurality of disc openings arranged proximate to a circumferential edge of the disc and is adapted to rotate with the spindle. The pins selectively engage with the disc openings, wherein the engagement of the pins with the disc openings prevents further rotation of the disc. The actuating mechanism selectively engages the pins with the disc openings. The adapter removably is attached to the housing and connected to the frame.

The herein invention presents new technologies for superior performance in bicycles, other human powered vehicles, and other mechanical systems; based on Wide Range Linear to Exponential CVT technology, Energy Saving Geometries, Short Stroke Independent Pedaling, and Reduced Friction Ball Bearings. Said new technologies are superior to prior art technologies in that they enable greater efficiency in the application of power and markedly reduce energy consumption, resulting in higher top speeds as well as much greater hill climbing power.

PEDAL-DRIVE VEHICLE AND FRAME FOR A PEDAL-DRIVE VEHICLE
20230415846 · 2023-12-28 ·

A frame for a pedal driven vehicle, the frame having a first portion that defines an open channel. The frame includes fixture points for releasably securing a drive assembly having a crank axle to the frame, such that the drive assembly can be secured in the open channel, via the fixture points, so as to define an operational crank axis of the drive assembly. The frame defines one or more compartments for receiving a battery, so that the battery can be arranged in communication with the drive assembly for the transfer of motive power from the battery to the drive assembly (i.e. for driving the crank axle) whilst the battery is located in the compartment. The drive assembly is moveable in and out of the open channel in a movement which is in a non-axial direction of the channel.

Ebike motor mount

An ebike comprises a front wheel, a rear wheel, and a frame structure supported on the front wheel and the rear wheel. The frame structure includes a main frame having a bottom shell coupling a down tube to a seat tube. The bottom shell at least partially defines a hollow interior. The motor assembly has an upper motor portion positioned in the hollow interior and a lower motor portion hanging below the bottom shell, and the battery assembly is at least partially positioned in the hollow interior, and the battery assembly includes a lower battery portion hanging below the bottom shell. The frame structure may also include a rear frame pivotally coupled to the main frame at a lower pivot axis defining a horizontal plane. The motor assembly may be secured to the bottom shell by a lower fastener below the horizontal plane and an upper fastener above the horizontal plane.

Ebike with partially exposed battery

An ebike comprises a front wheel, a rear wheel, a frame structure supported on the front wheel and the rear wheel, a crank assembly, and a battery assembly. The frame structure includes a down tube defining a down tube axis and being open at its lower end. The crank assembly is rotatable about a crank axis that is spaced rearward from the down tube axis. The battery assembly is slidable into the down tube from the lower end of the down tube along the down tube axis. The battery assembly includes a battery housing protruding from the lower end of the down tube, and a battery cover secured to a lower end of the battery housing and substantially enclosing the lower end of the battery housing. At least a portion of the battery housing may extend below a horizontal plane defined by the crank axis.
