QUICKLY DETACHABLE AND ROTATABLE BICYCLE HANDLEBAR STEM
The invention relates to a handlebar stem, which permits simple and quick loosening and twisting, as well as simple and safe resetting and fastening of said stem with the handlebar attached thereto. The problem of the invention is to provide a particularly simple, theft-proof and versatile alternative involving low manufacturing costs, and which can also easily be retrofitted. A stem set according to the invention comprises a stem and at least one locking device, which can be fixedly clamped to the steerer tube. According to the invention, the stem set is arranged, such that when mounted on the steerer tube, the locking device fixedly connected to the steerer tube prevents the stem from being pulled off the steerer tube. However, this can also be achieved, for example, by the stem engaging around and/or behind the locking device and/or the locking device engaging around and/or behind the stem.
Configurable handlebar riser
A motorcycle handlebar riser having upper and lower members. The upper member has a proximal end and a distal end. A first vertical plane laterally bisects the upper member. The upper member distal end has a bar bed to hold a handlebar. The upper member proximal end has a generally flat first attachment face oriented at a predetermined angle relative to the first vertical plane. The lower member has a proximal end and a distal end that releasably attaches to the motorcycle front fork. A second vertical plane laterally bisects the lower member. The lower member proximal end has a generally flat second attachment face oriented at a predetermined angle relative to the second vertical plane. The riser assembles in a first configuration when the attachment faces are axially aligned in one orientation and assembles in a second configuration when the attachment faces are axially aligned in a different orientation.
Configurable handlebar riser
A motorcycle handlebar riser having upper and lower members. The upper member has a proximal end and a distal end. A first vertical plane laterally bisects the upper member. The upper member distal end has a bar bed to hold a handlebar. The upper member proximal end has a generally flat first attachment face oriented at a predetermined angle relative to the first vertical plane. The lower member has a proximal end and a distal end that releasably attaches to the motorcycle front fork. A second vertical plane laterally bisects the lower member. The lower member proximal end has a generally flat second attachment face oriented at a predetermined angle relative to the second vertical plane. The riser assembles in a first configuration when the attachment faces are axially aligned in one orientation and assembles in a second configuration when the attachment faces are axially aligned in a different orientation.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A PLASTIC HANDLEBAR FOR A TWO-WHEELER
The disclosure relates to a method of manufacturing a component composed of a thermoplastic having at least one hollow space in the interior for a two-wheeler by means of plastic injection molding, said method comprising the following steps: closing the configured injection molding tool; injecting a plasticized thermoplastic melt into the closed injection molding tool; injecting at least one fluid into the closed injection molding tool to displace the plastic core from the interior of the component; and opening the injection molding tool and demolding the component. wherein the component is a handlebar.

The invention relates to a kick scooter including a deck assembly (1) and a handlebar assembly (2); the handlebar assembly (2) includes a transversal handlebar (21) and a stand column (22), one end of the stand column (22) being connected to the transversal handlebar (21) and the other end of the stand column (22) being provided with a connecting post (23), an axial direction of the connecting post (23) forming an obtuse angle with an axial direction of the stand column (22); a plug hole (130) is provided in the deck assembly (1) and cooperates with the connecting post (23) by insertion, an axial direction of the plug hole (130) forming a sharp angle with a direction of extension of the deck assembly (1); when the connecting post (23) is located outside the plug hole (130), the handlebar assembly (2) is separated from the deck assembly (1); two locking slots (131) are provided at an insertion opening of the plug hole (130) and arranged respectively on two sides of the plug hole (130); and the connecting post (23) is provided with a locking protrusion (231) that is located inside the locking slot (131) when the connecting post (23) is inserted into the plug hole (130).

Child vehicle with tool-less components and associated methods
A child vehicle includes a front frame having a handlebar with a steering tube and a front fork having a fork stem and a front wheel, a rear frame including a head tube and a rear wheel, and a sleeve assembly mounted to the front frame and engaging the rear frame to rotatably connect the front and rear frames in a tool-less manner. A method of tool-less assembly of a child vehicle includes inserting an end of the fork stem through the head tube, sliding an inner sleeve over the end of the fork stem and positively connecting the inner sleeve to the fork stem, sliding the outer sleeve over an end of the steering tube, connecting the steering tube to the fork stem, and connecting the outer sleeve to the inner sleeve. A child vehicle having a rear wheel connected to the vehicle in a tool-less manner and a method of achieving such a tool-less connection is also disclosed.
Child vehicle with tool-less components and associated methods
A child vehicle includes a front frame having a handlebar with a steering tube and a front fork having a fork stem and a front wheel, a rear frame including a head tube and a rear wheel, and a sleeve assembly mounted to the front frame and engaging the rear frame to rotatably connect the front and rear frames in a tool-less manner. A method of tool-less assembly of a child vehicle includes inserting an end of the fork stem through the head tube, sliding an inner sleeve over the end of the fork stem and positively connecting the inner sleeve to the fork stem, sliding the outer sleeve over an end of the steering tube, connecting the steering tube to the fork stem, and connecting the outer sleeve to the inner sleeve. A child vehicle having a rear wheel connected to the vehicle in a tool-less manner and a method of achieving such a tool-less connection is also disclosed.
Stem and bicycle
A stem includes a stem body, a column and a locking device. The stem body is provided with a perforation. The column is disposed at one end of the stem body and provided with a first aperture, the perforation is in communication with the first aperture. The locking device is disposed in the perforation and includes a clamping part, two sliding blocks and a first fixing member, the clamping part is located between the sliding blocks, and the first fixing member penetrates the clamping part and the sliding blocks. When the first fixing member moves toward the inside of the perforation, the first fixing member drives the sliding blocks to approach each other and squeeze the clamping part, such that the clamping part moves in a direction toward the first aperture. According to this, the assembly and disassembly procedures of the present invention are quite simple and easy to operate.
Stem and bicycle
A stem includes a stem body, a column and a locking device. The stem body is provided with a perforation. The column is disposed at one end of the stem body and provided with a first aperture, the perforation is in communication with the first aperture. The locking device is disposed in the perforation and includes a clamping part, two sliding blocks and a first fixing member, the clamping part is located between the sliding blocks, and the first fixing member penetrates the clamping part and the sliding blocks. When the first fixing member moves toward the inside of the perforation, the first fixing member drives the sliding blocks to approach each other and squeeze the clamping part, such that the clamping part moves in a direction toward the first aperture. According to this, the assembly and disassembly procedures of the present invention are quite simple and easy to operate.
