Damper assembly
A damper assembly for a bicycle wheel assembly may include a first damper configured to be disposed about a hub assembly of the bicycle wheel assembly. The first damper is configured to apply a damping force against a spoke segment of at least one spoke of a plurality of spokes of the bicycle wheel assembly. The first damper includes a first end applying the damping force against the spoke segment.
Wheel suspension system
A wheel suspension system, comprising, a wheel rim, a plurality of adaptors equidistantly mounted on inner periphery of the wheel rim, a plurality of suspension curved elastic members having drafted ends configured to be circumferentially and linearly disposed into the adaptor along the wheel rim, and a multi-layered hub having a plurality of interlocked holders away from its centre towards the wheel rim for interlocking the elastic members at the centre. The wheel suspension system is cost effective for both users and manufacturers, user friendly, comfortable, easy to assemble or disassemble, comfortable and provides safety in cases of accidents.
Motor vehicle wheel suspension, motor vehicle assembly, motor vehicle forecarriage and motor vehicle thereof
A motor vehicle wheel suspension, comprising a guide wheel having an outer jacket comprising a wheel attachment for the connection of the guide wheel to a rotation pin of a wheel. The guide wheel extends between opposite axial upper and lower ends in correspondence of which it comprises attachments for its connection to connection elements of an associated frame, wherein said outer jacket internally encloses a damper and a spring. The outer jacket, in correspondence of one of said axial upper and lower ends comprises a slot for realizing a first attachment to connection elements of the frame, said slot housing a pin axially guided by said slot, the slot connecting a cavity inside the outer jacket with said pin. The outer jacket, in correspondence of the other of said axial upper and lower ends comprises a tilting hinge for realizing a second attachment to connection elements of the frame.
Wheel rotated by load applied to axle remaining stationary at eccentric position
A wheel rotated by a load applied to an axle remaining stationary at an eccentric position is disclosed. The present invention comprises: the wheel configured such that the outer periphery of an inner rim of the wheel assembled to a wheel hub provided at the axle to which the load is applied applies pressure to a plurality of compressive force elastic bodies provided at the inner periphery of an outer rim of the wheel; and a control roller for pushing the outer rim of the wheel at a gap of a predetermined range such that the axle provided at the wheel hub always remains stationary at the eccentric position of the wheel.
Damper assembly
A bicycle wheel assembly may include a rim, a hub assembly, a plurality of spokes and a damper assembly. The damper assembly includes a damping element configured to apply a damping force against at least one spoke of the plurality of spokes. The damping force may be applied in an axial direction of the bicycle wheel and/or to a segment of the at least one spoke near the hub assembly.
SHOCK DEVICE IN PARTICULAR FOR BICYCLES
A shock device for an at least partially muscle-powered two-wheeled vehicle, including at least one tube system having two telescopic tubes, the tube system extending from a first end to a second end. A suspension system is provided which is effective between the two ends and which biases the two tubes to an extended position. The suspension system includes a positive air spring and an independent, series-connected supplementary spring. Both the positive air spring and the supplementary spring bias the tube system to the extended position. The supplementary spring shows a lower breakaway force than does the positive air spring, and the ratio of the suspension travel of the positive air spring to the suspension travel of the supplementary spring is higher than 4:1.
Damper assembly
A damper assembly for a bicycle wheel assembly may include a first damper configured to be disposed about a hub assembly of the bicycle wheel assembly. The first damper is configured to apply a first damping force against a spoke segment of at least one spoke of a plurality of spokes of the bicycle wheel assembly. The spoke segment is spaced apart from a spoke attachment member.
SUSPENSION FRICTION DRIVE AND AUTO-BALANCING TRANSPORATION DEVICE HAVING SAME
A suspension friction drive system and an auto-balancing personal transportation device having same. The suspension friction drive system may include two wheels (at least one of which is a drive wheel) that contact the rim of a wheel to be driven. The wheels preferably contact the rim at a contact angle that increases friction such that wheel driving performance is enhanced. The wheels are also preferably positioned such that some degree of shock absorption is provided and additional absorption may be supported. Various embodiments and features are disclosed including, but not limited to, a suspension frame coupled between the two wheels, the use of at least two drive wheels, a suspension bias mechanism, and a drive wheel substantially centered on the rim.
