The present disclosure provides a multifunctional football training rack including a ball net stand, a horizontal arc-shaped guide rod, a limit rod, a support rod, an angle adjustment rod, and a ball net. Left and right sides of the ball net stand are respectively connected to an upper end of one support rod, the horizontal arc-shaped guide rod and the limit rod are both connected between two support rods, the horizontal arc-shaped guide rod is located between the ball net stand and the limit rod, a lower side of the support rod is connected to the ball net stand through the angle adjustment rod, the ball net is set on the ball net stand. The present disclosure integrates two different football training modes. When in use, one side that needs to be used can be facing a user, and it has characteristics of occupying small area and low cost.

Embodiments of the present disclosure may include a system for returning a golf ball to a golfer playing simulated golf or hitting a golf ball towards any vertical surface or hitting it into a net or such, the system including a ball catcher tray assembly adapted to receive a golf ball after the golfer has hit the ball against an impact surface, the ball catcher tray optionally including ball catcher tray sections connected together. Embodiments may also include a golf ball launcher adapted to receive the golf ball as it rolls from the ball catcher tray assembly. Embodiments may also include a modular track system comprised of interconnected track sections, at least one of which may be connected to the golf ball launcher and may be adapted to receive the golf ball from the golf ball launcher as the ball may be propelled toward the golfer.

A method of playing a projectile throwing game, including defining two teams, wherein each team consists of at least two players, positioning first and second sets of goals a predetermined distance from one another to define a playing field, assigning one team to begin play as offense and the other team to begin play as defense, positioning a first offense team player to assault the first set of goals, positioning a second offense team player in the playing field, positioning a first defense team player in the playing field, positioning a second defense team player behind the first set of goals, initiating play with the first offense team player team tossing the projectile towards the second set of goals, scoring points, with each respective team alternating between defense and offense, and declaring a winner when one respective team has scored a predetermined number of points. Each respective goal is defined by a pole portion extending upwardly from ground and a hoop portion operationally connected to the pole portion and sized to accept the projectile therethrough. A turn is defined as both teams playing offense and defense, sequentially.

A portable ball game target and flooring tile which is capable of being utilized as a ball game target to rebound a ball and/or a flooring tile to stand on or perform movement on for use in environments where hard surfaces are desired, but are unavailable (e.g., beaches and fields). The inventive device includes a rigid top, supports, and legs, all of which are separable. Further, the top is composed of slats connected by tethers that enable roll-up of the top for transport and storage. The supports are sandwiched between the top and legs to provide rigidity to the top's surface. Legs are connected to the support and top with fasteners enabling the user to elevate, level and tilt the device on uneven soft surfaces. Further, each leg has an optional spiked endcap to enhance stability of the device by enabling the legs to burrow into the sand or ground.
