Flick football game and method of playing
A finger flicking football game comprises a waterproof triangular-shaped football for finger flicking and a pair of transportable game boards. Each game board comprises: a planar table surface having a plurality of apertures, each aperture designed to hold a cup sized for playing beer pong, and a pair of goal posts hinged from a rear end of each planar table surface. During game play, the players take turns flicking the football towards the cups in the other player's game board. Should their flicked football land in a cup, that player has scored a six point touchdown and can proceed to finger flick the football towards the other players goal posts for scoring an extra point.
Football goalpost rotation apparatus and method
Embodiments of the present invention provide a system, apparatus, and method that allow a football goalpost to be rotated about a substantially vertical axis. In an exemplary embodiment of the invention, the football goalpost has a gooseneck-type post adapted to fit within a sleeve in the ground. The sleeve generally has one or more positioning members positioned near an upper end of the sleeve. A rotation collar is movably coupled to the post and has one or more grooves for cooperating with the one or more positioning members of the sleeve. The rotation collar is configured to move between a secured position, where the at least one groove engages the at least one positioning member to prevent the post from rotating within the sleeve, and a rotating position, where the at least one groove is disengaged from the at least one positioning member to permit the post to rotate within the sleeve.
Apparatus and methods to track sport implements
Examples are disclosed to track sport implements and/or objects of interest. An example apparatus includes a first coil to generate a first magnetic field having a first vertical component with a zero magnitude along a first line of interest and a second coil partially overlapped with the first coil, where the second coil is to generate a second magnetic field. The example apparatus also includes a sensor to measure a magnitude of the first magnetic field in the first line of interest and a processor to determine an object of interest has crossed the first line of interest based on the magnitude of the first magnetic field measured by the sensor.
Multi-sport and multi-court structure capable of automatically collecting and supplying ball
The present invention proposes a court, which is a half- or full-court in which ball sports, such as soccer (penalty kicks), foot volleyball, volleyball, and basketball (3×3 basketball), can be played. The court allows balls to be automatically and rapidly supplied in the case where it takes time to resume a game, such as a case where a game is replayed or a case where a ball is out according to the characteristics of each type of sport, or in the case where serve-reception practice is required, and also allows balls to be naturally collected and lifted because the court is inclined and allows the balls to be automatically classified according to the types of balls and to be supplied to the court.
Football kick training apparatus, method and kit
The invention disclosed comprises an apparatus, method of using, assembling and stowing the apparatus, and a kit including the apparatus and components for training players to achieve lift when kicking a football that requires an angled trajectory. The invention functions to provide a physical point of reference and visual target for a kicker to establish consistent kicking skills and achieve predictable angles. The apparatus is sturdy, easily and reversibly disassembled, and stored as part of a durable, packable kit to organize the required training gear. The method includes a series of steps whereby the apparatus is assembled; a kicker kicks the ball; if the angle of the kick is sufficient to lift the ball over the apparatus it will go over the visual target, if not it will fall under the visual target. The kit comprises at least a carry bag with various pockets for the device and related equipment.
American football/rugby stadium multimedia goalpost
The American football/rugby stadium multimedia goalpost is an apparatus that enables scoring in American football, herein referred to as football, or rugby. The apparatus is configured to leverage space around the goalpost for displaying advertising promotions and game information. The apparatus includes a goalpost frame, a multimedia bar system, and at least one main computing device. The goalpost frame allows for scoring during football and rugby games. The goalpost frame includes a crossbar, a first upright post, a second upright post, and at least one elevating support. Combined, the first upright post, second upright post, and crossbar define a scoring plane. The at least one main computing device relates to a series of interconnected computers or processors responsible for accepting electrical inputs and converting those inputs into appropriate electrical outputs for use across the apparatus. This configuration allows the apparatus to present advertising and event information to event viewers.
MULTI-SPORT AND MULTI-COURT STRUCTURE CAPABLE OF AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTING AND SUPPLYING BALL
The present invention proposes a court, which is a half- or full-court in which ball sports, such as soccer (penalty kicks), foot volleyball, volleyball, and basketball (33 basketball), can be played.
Individual Sports Instinct Training Device
The Individual Instinct developer is a uniquely designed integrated remote controlled, electronic LED light based System that consists of two major groups #1 remote unit and #2 light device with control box and a power supply. The Light device is to be secured to a harness or band that is be worn either on the body of individuals, or as an attachment to the individuals protective equipment or field equipment, which is to be used in individual/team drills and training to assist the development of an Individuals instinct. To achieve this, the System operator will input a color scheme into his remote unit which will be linked to the Light devices worn by other Individuals or attached to the field equipment.
