Locking device for a damping apparatus for a moon pool
Provided is a locking apparatus for a damping device of a moonpool, which can automatically lock and unlock an opened state of the damping device of the moonpool. The locking apparatus includes: one or more first locking members installed in a sidewall of the moonpool; one or more second locking members installed in a side of the damping device; and a holding unit separably holding the first locking members and the second locking members when the damping devices are in the opened state.
Stand-up type personal watercraft
A stand-up type personal watercraft comprises: a body including a hull and a deck; a standing deck provided in a rear portion of the deck; an engine hood attached to the deck and located in front of the standing deck; a pole storage section formed as a recess on an outer upper surface of the engine hood and extending in a forward and rearward direction; a handle pole which is rotatably attached at a front end portion thereof to the deck, and is pivotable between a stowed position at which the handle pole is stowed in the pole storage section, and an up position at which a rear end portion of the handle pole is placed above and away from the pole storage section; and a storage provided in the engine hood by depressing a portion of an upper surface of the pole storage section.
MULTI-LAYER HATCH COVER SUPPORT PAD
The invention provides a multi-layer hatch cover support pad for supporting a hatch cover on a coaming structure of a ship. The multi-layer hatch cover support pad comprises an outer wear surface for sliding against a mating surface provided on the hatch cover or the coaming structure, a wear layer comprising first and second opposite sides, the first side defining the outer wear surface, the wear layer comprising a first plastic material, and, a base layer comprising third and fourth opposite sides, the third side being joined to the second side. The base layer comprises a second polymer material which is less abrasion resistant than the first plastic material. By making the base layer, which in practice makes up the main part of the multi-layer hatch cover support pad, out of the second polymer material, the cost of the multi-layer hatch cover support pad is decreased. The multi-layer hatch cover support pad may further comprise an internal wear indicator body for indicating wear of the wear layer and/or an identification unit for identifying the multi-layer hatch cover support pad. A method of producing the multi-layer hatch cover support pad, as well as a use of the multi-layer hatch cover support pad, is also provided.

Watercraft for leisure use
An object is to provide a technique related to a small watercraft that can prevent water from entering an inboard section through air intake ports. A small watercraft for leisure use is configured to obtain thrust by driving a propeller with an engine serving as a power source and includes an air intake port configured to introduce air into an engine room in an inboard section from the outside, and a radar arm configured to support a radar. The air intake port is positioned on the inner side with respect to the radar arm.

Flush mount deck hatch seal system
A hatch seal system for a hatch opening of a water vessel deck includes a frame, a gasket assembly and a hatch cover. Particularly, the gasket assembly is disposed within the frame and includes an elongate strip of metal material, such as a strip of wire mesh, and a synthetic rubber material surrounding the elongate strip of metal material. The gasket system, along with the hatch cover, provide a watertight seal that will not dislodge from the frame under extreme weather conditions, thereby providing longevity and preventing sinking of a vessel on which the flush mount deck hatch seal system is installed.
