OFFSHORE STRUCTURE HAVING AT LEAST ONE FAIRLEAD
Disclosed is a structure such as a floating structure, including at least one fairlead for guiding an anchoring element thereof at an anchoring point, the fairlead including a guide to guide the anchoring element in translation between the structure and the anchoring point, a unit for moving the anchoring element in translation in the guide in order to place the anchoring element under tension, and a lock to prevent the anchoring element from moving in translation in the guide, for mooring the structure to the anchoring point. The unit for moving the anchoring element in translation in the guide is integrated into a distinct part separate from the rest of the structure of the fairlead, and this part and the rest of the structure of the fairlead include the retractable coupling unit thereof.

FAIRLEAD FOR GUIDING AN ANCHORING ELEMENT OF AN OFFSHORE STRUCTURE
Disclosed is a fairlead for guiding an anchoring element of an offshore structure, such as a floating structure, at an anchoring point, of the type having a guide for the anchoring element and a lock holding the anchoring element in position, having a locking jaw including two locking jaw elements that are movable by a maneuvering unit actuated by a controller, between a closed position preventing the anchoring element from moving in translation and an open position releasing the anchoring element. The controller is of the impulse-type, and the maneuvering unit includes a pawl that defines successive stable open and closed positions of the jaw-forming unit.

Emergency vessel towing system and method
An emergency vessel towing system includes a vessel attachment system, a retrieving system, and a towing line. The vessel attachment system is configured to connect to a vessel at sea, and includes a bridle system and a hawser line. The bridle system is operatively connected to the hawser line's proximal end. The bridle system is configured to engage at least four fittings on a foredeck of the vessel to distribute the load over the foredeck. The retrieving system includes a retrieving line with a proximal end that is detachably connected to the hawser line's distal end in a setup position. The towing line is detachably connected to the hawser line's distal end in a towing position.

Fairlead intended to engage with an anchor chain, for a system for anchoring a floating installation to the ground
Disclosed is a fairlead intended to engage with an anchor chain, for a system for anchoring a floating installation to the ground. The fairlead includes two structures assembled by pivot connection of axis, one upstream, for rigidly connecting the fairlead to the floating installation, and the other downstream, includinga unit for blocking the translational movement of the anchor chain, anda guide, for guiding a change in direction of the anchor chain. Furthermore, the downstream structure includes two lateral plates delimiting the passage of the chain, the upstream end of each of the plates including a U-shaped bearing receiving an additional arm of the upstream structure and engaging together via a journal, the guide extending between the internal branches of the two bearings.
