Methods and Systems For Line Transfer
The invention relates to a system and to a method for the transfer of a line or a heaving line for a line, wherein the system comprises at least a flying vehicle, provided with a connection provision adapted for releasably connecting a line or heaving line to said flying vehicle
Wakesurfing systems and methods
The wakesurfing system may include a first and second reel assembly arranged and configured to retract a discarded surf rope. The second reel assembly may be replaced by a retraction device. The first reel assembly may have a telescoping and rotatable boom and may be coupled to a side of the watercraft. The second reel assembly or retraction device may be coupled to a rear portion of the watercraft. The first reel assembly may have a first reel cord coupled to a handle of the surf rope, and the second reel assembly may have a second reel cord coupled to a proximal location of the surf rope. The first reel cord and either second reel cord or retraction device, and the surf rope, may be in a retracted position when not in use, and in an extended position when used by a wakesurfer.

Variable length inflatable ramp launch and recovery system
A launch and recovery system for a towed body is provided in which uninflated air beams extrude from winches where the beams enter a deployment frame and are inflated. Sealing rollers near the winches seal the air beams when the desired length of the air beams is inflated. To deploy the towed body, a positioning cart moves along the inflated air beams from an end of a deployment frame. A translating arch moves from the forward to the aft end of the positioning cart on the rails to where the tow body is released from the capture boom and swing support. The positioning cart can retract back into the deployment frame when not in use.
WATERCRAFT, IN PARTICULAR TUGBOAT
A tugboat for assisting cargo vessels has the following features: at least one propelling unit and a tow line for establishing a pulling connection between the cargo vessel and the tugboat. A measuring device measures the bollard pull and a central processing unit records the measurement result and forms a control command relating to the propelling force and/or the propelling direction for propelling purposes.
Wakeboard tower assembly
A wakeboard tower assembly includes a base assembly operably supporting a towing assembly between a lowered storage position and a raised in-use position, and a cylinder assembly configured to bias the towing assembly from the lowered storage position toward the raised in-use position, a closed loop fluid circuit that includes a fluid-receiving first chamber including first and second portions and a return passage, and a gas-receiving second chamber including first and second portions in fluid connection with one another, a shaft telescopingly received within the cylinder between retracted and extended positions, and a controllable valve operable between closed and open positions that prevents or allows fluid flow through the return passage and fluid communication between the first and second chambers of the first chamber thereby preventing or allowing the towing assembly from moving between the lowered storage and raised in-use positions.
Towing vehicle
A system for transporting passengers has a drive unit and a vehicle that is pulled by the drive unit. The drive unit includes a stationary guiding device like a rail which is arranged laterally at a distance and above at a height relative to the vehicle. The drive unit also includes a bogie which is movably attached to the guiding device. A connection unit couples the bogie to the vehicle by a joint, so that drifting of the vehicle is possible.
Tow attachment, tow pylon assembly and watercraft having same
A tow attachment for a watercraft is disclosed. The tow attachment is configured to attach a tow rope to the watercraft, and has a first part and a second part that is connected to the first part by a connecting portion. The first part is configured for rigid connection to the watercraft, and the second part is configured to attach to the tow rope. The second part disconnects from the first part about the connecting portion in response to the tow rope applying a load above a predetermined load to the second part. A tow pylon assembly having a tow pylon and the tow attachment connected to the tow pylon is also disclosed. A watercraft with the tow attachment and a watercraft with the tow pylon assembly are also disclosed.
Underwater detection device and control method thereof
An underwater detection device includes a surface drive boat and an unmanned underwater vehicle. The surface drive boat includes: a hull; transverse attitude-stabilizing thrusters and orbit vectored thrusters arranged at the bottom of the hull; a control box arranged on the hull and electrically connected with the transverse attitude-stabilizing thrusters and the orbit vectored thrusters; a cable and a cable winding assembly arranged on the hull, the control box being connected with the unmanned underwater vehicle by the cable, the cable winding assembly being electrically connected with the control box; and a positioning assembly arranged on the hull and electrically connected with the control box.
