An article (600) is provided which includes a body (500) having an interior volume (100), and hook (124) and loop (125) features which, when pressed closed in at least one locations (130, 131) location, creates a dynamic hammock dam (132) that retains a fill material (140) that has been inserted into the interior volume. The strength of the hammock dam increases with outward pressure (141) applied on the closure by the fill material. The article is preferably equipped with a large mouth opening (110) which allows rapid filling or emptying of the fill material from the internal volume.
ABDOMINAL EXERCISE MACHINE
An abdominal exercise machine. The abdominal exercise machine has a landing box held in a vertical position by at least one elongated member. The elongated member is supported by a base connected opposite of the landing box. The elongated member is adjustable by the slidability of a first portion of the elongated member with a second portion of the elongated member. The landing box has a base and sidewalls to support an object placed in the landing box.
VARIABLE WEIGHT SHOT PUT ASSEMBLY
An assembly and method for a variable weight shot put assembly. The assembly maintains its size while its total weight can be altered by the user as the user trains. The assembly includes a sphere, the shot put, which splits into at least two portions. Slugs are placed in various inner cavities located within the sphere. Slugs have different set weights and weights are placed in the inner cavities so that the sphere maintains its original center of gravity.

FORCE INDICATING SYSTEM FOR GROUND AND WALL EXERCISES WITH A WEIGHTED BALL OR SIMILAR EXERCISE EQUIPMENT DESIGNED FOR STRIKING
An exercise device design for capturing the force dispersed by slamming a weighted exercise ball or similar heavy exercise equipment designed to strike, hit, or throw. The device is design to lay flat on the floor or be mounted by fasteners to a solid surface such as a wall. An example of use would be when a user turns the device on by pressing the device buttons and takes a weighted medicine ball and slams the ball into the device's target and sensor. After the device's sensor is struck by the ball the device's display would inform the user how much force was exert by the ball slamming into the sensor. This exercise of slamming the weighted ball can be repeated until the user is satisfied.
