The present disclosure is about a receptacle assembly 1 for a paddle-based ball game. The receptacle assembly comprises a support structure 10, an outer cylinder 14, and an inner cylinder 15. The outer cylinder 14 is coupled to the support structure 10. Further, the inner cylinder 14 is housed in the outer cylinder 14 and coupled to the support structure 10. A first space is defined between the outer cylinder 14 and the inner cylinder 15. The first space is configured to selectively receive a ball 17. Further, the inner cylinder 15 defines a second space therewithin to selectively receive the ball 17. Further, the present disclosure also come up with method of playing a paddle-based ball game in less space and with minimum player effort. In one embodiment a set of rules for playing a paddle-based ball game is disclosed.

A hoop assembly is provided. The hoop assembly is formed as a basketball hoop or similar having a plurality of items such as food, toys, treats, and the like attached the hoop and extending into an inside area defined by the hoop. The plurality of items are removably connected to the hoop such that, when a ball like a basketball is shot through the hoop or otherwise impacts the hoop, one or more of the plurality of items can be disconnected and fall from the hoop to the ground, allowing the player and nearby people to gather the items.

A net system comprising a first net module including a first housing, a first net and a first connector connected to the first net. The first net being retractably connected to the first housing. A system and method for playing a pin based game with an impact resistant ball and process of forming an impact resistant ball are provided. The impact resistant ball has an increased resistance to damage caused to a ball by repeated impact with objects such as a game board and game pins thereby decreasing the frequency with which the ball must be replaced. The impact resistant ball also has utility to afford a larger segment of the population the ability to properly grip and throw the impact resistant ball by providing an increased length gripper able to accommodate a greater range of hand sizes. The impact resistant ball has further utility to automatically identify and transmit data including the impact of the ball with the game pins and ball metrics including speed, pressure and weight.
