A roller skating rink for players to play a skating game utilizes one or more game implements. A skating track is made from a plurality of track sections. The roller skating rink includes concave channel sections on one side of the track sections and has a lower end and an upper end that are substantially vertically aligned. One or more propelling devices are each adapted to propel one of the game implements into the roller skating rink. One or more scoring receptacles are situated for receiving one or more of the game implements therein proximate the upper end of the concave peripheral wall. A method of game play is further disclosed.

A modular group therapy matrix apparatus includes tubular grip bars positioned in parallel longitudinal rows and transverse tubular grip bars which span between the rows. The grip bars are interconnected by a plurality of upright supports. Each upright support includes spring loaded snap couplings which are received within the ends of the hollow grip bars and which engage apertures in the grip bars to facilitate easy assembly and disassembly of the matrix. Physical therapy patients may grasp the grip bars, which comprises the outer periphery of the matrix, to perform exercises. A physical therapist or trainer may be positioned within the matrix to demonstrate exercises.

The invention is an improved baseball game which reduces the time of play by having the participants start each at bat with two balls and two strikes, and which replaces the runs scored system of scoring with a scoring system that awards points for particular baseball plays and results.

By simultaneously modifying the baseball scoring system to a system that awards points for particular plays, particular results and sportsmanship, the invention will provide each player with a greater opportunity to influence the outcome of a game. Another object and advantage of the point system is that by rewarding particular baseball play, a greater emphasis will be placed on executing fundamental baseball skills.

In making both these changes simultaneously as one package, the invention has the object and advantage of creating a new and improved version of the traditional baseball game.

Games and systems for playing those games are described that are non-consequential, intuitively educational, reflective, and physically-interactive. The games can be played by players at a variety of skill levels and ages, using a set of unique cards and signs that direct the players to interact with one another and the game in ways that promote mental and physical development.

Disclosed is a method of playing a game. The method comprising providing a hexagon-shaped playing field with six boundary lines. Further, the method comprising providing a ball having the spherical shape similar to that of an American basketball. Further, the method comprising providing three baskets attached to three backboards attached to three poles, wherein each basket in the three baskets includes a net attached to a hoop, wherein each pole in the three poles is installed at three boundary lines in the six boundary lines respectively, wherein the three boundary lines are unconnected from each other. Further, the method comprising providing three teams of players comprising a first team of players associated with a first basket in the three baskets, a second team of players associated with a second basket in the three baskets and a third team of players associated with a third basket in the three baskets.

A device has a lightweight inner bladder and an outer layer that covers the inner bladder. The inner bladder bunches up, crunches, becomes pleated, folded or the like against the inner surface of the outer layer. The bunched up surface of the inner bladder may be flattened and/or reconfigured upon impact, thereby absorbing energy. The bunched up inner bladder may create an uneven surface on the outer layer thereby altering the manner through which the device travels through the air. A basketball hoop arrangement includes three basketball backboards and hoops commonly connected to the upper end of a support structure. The backboards are arranged such that respective top and bottom edges thereof form triangles with respective front surfaces of the three basketball backboards facing outwards and respective rear surfaces of the three basketball backboards facing inwards. Each hoop is connected to a different one of the respective front surfaces and extends outwardly therefrom. A lower end of the support structure is configured to support the support structure and the three basketball backboards on an underlying surface. A basketball game is played by moving a basketball in a playing area extending around all of the at least three backboards, and scoring points by putting the basketball through any one of the at least three hoops.
