A training device, including: at least two respective response target (7); at least two elastic holder cords (6), each holding said at least one respective response target, wherein each said elastic holder cord (6) is located, in a taut state, between at least one attachment point above a training area and a floor attachment, wherein said at least two holder cords (6) are placed at a distance from one another, with response targets (7) placed thereon, and are connected by a momentum coupling.

A sports apparatus, comprising: at least two support columns, and at least two base structures coupled to the at least two support columns. At least one horizontal support bar is coupled to the at least two support columns. The at least one horizontal support bar is moveable and/or adjustable, and comprises at least two openings. At least one connector, disposed entirely below the lower surface of the at least one horizontal support bar, comprises at least two connecting point coupling the at least one connector to the at least one horizontal support bar at a lower surface of the at least one horizontal support bar by engaging with the at least two openings in the at least one horizontal support bar.

A swinging bob toy having three bobs constrained to a string with at least the center bob being slideable along the string. Each bob is modular and consists of two hemispheric elastomeric mantle pieces, a three-component throughbore sheath, and one or two hex nuts mounted on a threaded central component of the throughbore sheath. The two end components of the throughbore sheath are flared and are non-elastomeric, while the threaded central component is elastomeric. The outside ends of the flared end components of the sheath are recessed relative to the mouths of the throughbore so that all exterior impact surfaces of the bob are elastomeric. The string has a circular cross-section and has a width greater than 50% of the width of the narrowest diameter of the throughbore.

A baseball-training device disclosed here is configured for training a baseball player. The baseball-training device includes an elongate rod, a bearing assembly, a rope member, and a ball. The elongate rod is configured to be held by a first player, and the bearing assembly is fixedly attached at a distal end of the elongate rod. The rope member is attached to a projected ring on the circumference of the bearing assembly, and a ball is fastened to a distal end of the rope member. The first player rotates the elongate rod in a predefined direction to allow the ball to swing in a generally circular manner with respect to the axis of the elongate rod, where a second player is required to aim and strike the ball using a baseball bat.

A therapeutic striking and rehabilitation training system that provides rehabilitation and therapeutic training in a home environment for persons with disabilities from an accident, wounded veterans, from disabilities involving birth defects, or as part of a physical therapy program even for bed-ridden patients. A method for performing different balancing and squatting exercises that uses a kit includes a clip that attaches to the front edge of the brim on a hat or visor worn by the exerciser. Attached to the clip is a length adjustable string that attaches to a weight, such as a golf ball. The clip attaches to the brim and the length of the string is adjusted so the weight hangs freely just above the ground when standing and when lowering to a squat position while standing on one leg or two legs. During use, exerciser stands upright with his arms extended outward and then bends his knees to a squatting position while keep the back straight without bending the waist. The user then identifies a point on the ground and squats to position the weight over the spot. As the exerciser becomes more flexible, the length of the string is shortened. The kit may also include an optional elongated stick that extends longitudinally over the exerciser's two shoulders as the exerciser squats.
