Multihull multiplatform floating vessel
A multihull multiplatform floating vessel with a plurality of longitudinal hulls, a plurality of pin connectors; each pin connector providing one axis motion, a plurality of joints, each joint providing two axis motion, wherein the first joint is mounted on one hull the second joint is mounted on a second hull and wherein one group of pin connectors is mounted on one hull and a second group of pin connectors is mounted on the second hull. A first moveable planar platform is connected to the hulls and a second moveable planar platform is connected to the hulls by the pin connectors and joints, the platforms spaced apart from each other forming a platform void between pairs of platforms, and a hull void between pairs of hulls increasing safety onboard and decreasing motion of the moveable planar platforms as mounted to the longitudinal hulls.
Ocean observation platform integrated with highly reliable wave energy generation mechanism and working method thereof
This invention presents an ocean observation platform with an integrated, highly reliable wave energy generation mechanism, relevant to power supply technology in marine environments. It includes a platform floating body and a power generation mechanism located at the platform's bottom. The mechanism features disassemblable power generation piles, arranged in a circular array on the floating body. This design ensures that if one pile fails, the others continue generating electricity, enabling a long-term, stable, and continuous power supply. This is particularly useful for monitoring meteorological, temperature, salinity, and ocean current data in complex marine conditions.
MOORING DEVICE
The invention relates to a mooring device that is suitable for use in water. The mooring device includes a pile configured to be embedded in a floor supporting the body of water, at least one arm configured to engage at least one entity, a joint configured to couple the pile and the at least one arm and permit rotation of the at least one arm relative to the pile, and joint locking means configured to lock the joint. The invention may further relate to a method of mounting the mooring device in water, a mooring system including multiple mooring devices and a system including the mooring devices.
Active heave compensation system and method
An active heave compensation system comprises a motor generator to interact with a load so as to drive the load in a first part of a heave motion cycle and to regenerate at least part of energy with which the load has been driven in a second part of the heave motion cycle, and an electrical storage element for storing the regenerated energy. The active heave compensation system further comprises a power supply electrically connected to the motor generator and the electrical storage element for providing electrical power to at least the motor generator, and a control unit configured to control the power supply substantially in synchronism with the heave motion.
MARINE FLOATING BODY, MARINE FLOATING BODY ARRAY WITH WAVE-BREAKING BAFFLE, AND WIND-WAVE RESISTING METHOD USING THE SAME
A marine floating body is provided with an air chamber, and is configured to float on a sea surface. A wall structure enclosing the air chamber includes a top wall and a side wall. The top wall is fixedly provided with a photovoltaic assembly. The side wall is provided with an inlet check valve. The marine floating body is configured to submerge under large waves to avoid impact and to resurface automatically when conditions calm. A redundant buoyancy of the marine floating body array is controlled so that, under extreme weather, a wind pressure generated by large waves exceeds the buoyancy, causing the array to submerge, and the array resurfaces when the wind and waves diminish. A marine floating body array with a wave-breaking baffle, and a wind-wave resisting method using the same are also provided.
