Mask for underwater use, in particular of the full face type, provided with a communication device
This disclosure describes a full-face type mask for underwater use. The mask is provided with a mouthpiece to enable the wearer to breathe with his/her head under the surface of the water. The mask is also provided with a communication device.
Flow triggered gas delivery
A fluid delivery system provides fluid, such as supplement oxygen, to a patient in response to inhalation. The fluid delivery system includes a valve assembly that is triggered by sensing onset of inspiration by measuring a change in temperature of air flow in a nasal or oral cannula, mask or helmet.
SWIMMING MASK
In a swimming mask, a skirt includes a circumferential wall in an annular shape extending rearward from a lens frame, and a seal portion disposed behind the circumferential wall to be brought into contact with a face of a wearer. The skirt also includes a high stiffness annular region disposed rearward apart from the lens frame, extending in both side regions and an upper region of a mask body, and having higher stiffness than stiffness of other part of the skirt.

The buckle of the swimming mask includes a front end portion attached to a connecting unit, a rear end portion including an insertion portion in which the head strap is inserted, and an intermediate portion between the front end portion and the rear end portion. The wound portion around which the head strap is wound in the reversible manner is disposed in the intermediate portion.

SYSTEMS, METHODS, AND DEVICES FOR PROVIDING VIRTUAL-REALITY OR MIXED-REALITY EXPERIENCES WITH SPECIAL EFFECTS TO A USER IN OR UNDER WATER
Disclosed herein are systems and methods for providing VR/MR experiences to users in water through a headset and at least one special-effects device. During a VR/MR experience, a controller may send commands to a special-effects device at particular times to cause the special-effects device to create effects in synchronism with the visual portion of the VR/MR experience. A headset application that provides the visual portion of the VR/MR experience may communicate with the controller before the experience begins to establish the identity of the experience and the start time. The VR/MR experience may be selected by reading a storage medium (e.g., a near-field communication (NFC) card) that identifies the experience and/or the controller. Some information on the storage medium may be included in a metadata file transferred to the application. The application may send information read from the storage medium to the controller via an over-the-air network.

STRAP ADJUSTMENT DEVICE FOR CONNECTING WITH A BODY OF A MASK
The present invention provides a strap adjustment device for connecting with a body of a mask. The strap adjustment device comprises a female element, an elastic strap, and a regulating device. The female element is disposed on one side of the body of the mask and has an opening and a slot. The elastic strap has a male element and an adjusting end portion, which is opposite to the male element. The male element has a shape which is substantially corresponding to the female element. The regulating device is connected to the adjusting end portion. When the strap adjustment device is assembled with the body of the mask, the adjusting end portion passes through the opening and the slot before passing through the regulating device in an adjustable manner and being engaged in place by the regulating device. The male element is located in and positioned in the opening.
Floatable Breathing Device
The present invention relates to a floatable breathing device. The floatable breathing device provides includes a head unit, a snorkel, a plurality of receiving passageways, and an internal pathway. The head unit has buoyant properties and includes an ornamental shaped buoyant outer material and an inner shell positioned within the buoyant outer material. The inner shell forms a head receiving section and a protruding section. The head receiving section is received internal to the buoyant outer material and is configured to be contoured to a human head, the protruding section extending from the head receiving section to a vent opening in the outer buoyant material. The snorkel is connected to and extending through the head unit, while the plurality of receiving passageways are disposed about the inner shell and receiving the snorkel such that the snorkel extends through and exits a portion of the head unit at the vent opening. The internal pathway is positioned along a base of the outer buoyant material and extends between the internal shell and the buoyant outer material, passing to the interior of the interior shell through a cutout in a protruding portion thereof and terminating adjacent to the vent opening.
