Crank for exercise equipment which helps prevent injuries on a rider's ankle during an unexpected drop in speed and assists in avoiding stress on the knees of a rider during exercising
An exercise equipment with an improved connecting bar connecting an exercise foot retaining device to a resistance, wherein a first longitudinal pedal bar is connected to a first bent longitudinal pedal connector bar and a second longitudinal pedal bar connected to a second bent longitudinal pedal connector bar, the bent first and second longitudinal connector bars each having a bent angle greater than zero and less than ninety degrees to thereby prevent the occurrence of a dead angle.
Ice Skating Assist System
An ice skating assist system for facilitating skating on a sheet of ice includes a sheet of ice and a support to facilitate upright stabilization of a person on the sheet of ice. The support includes a plurality of legs equally spaced laterally from each other and from a vertical center axis about which the plurality of legs is positioned. The support further includes a plurality of feet and a closed loop attached to each of the legs. A brace is coupled to each of the legs to reinforce a position of the legs with respect to each other. A strap is removably attached to the support and for inhibiting the person from falling on the sheet of ice.
Digital video structural support system
A digital video ramp assembly incorporates process-formed structural LED tiles with modular components that join in a system of scalable structural LED tiles forming a complete LED display structure with integrated LED embedded tiles with interlocking and inter-trans-positioning features sometimes requiring additional structural framing.
Modular Activity Board
An apparatus for receiving one or more activity attachments including a deck having one or more openings along a long axis of the deck and between the top surface and the bottom surface of the deck. Each of the one or more openings having a circular aperture for receiving an accessory of a set of accessories. Each accessory of the set of accessories providing an activity for a user of the activity. Each accessory having an attachment platform configured to attach the accessory to the board. The attachment platform having a locking mechanism to engaging with a complementary locking mechanism of the board.
Resistance Training System
A physical training system includes a belt having a back attachment member and a first band attachment loop for an elastomeric belt. The back attachment member is moveably positioned on the belt and at least partially encircles the belt. The back attachment member comprises a first portion and a second portion, the first portion extending completely across a width of the belt on the outer side of the belt, and the second portion extending at least partially across the width of the belt on the inner side of the belt. The first band attachment loop is moveably connected to the back attachment member. The elastomeric band extends through the first band attachment loop. A foot coupling includes at least one flexible strap and a second band attachment loop. The elastomeric band extends between the foot coupling and the back attachment member.
Mobile Image Capture System
A mobile image capture system, a system comprising: a sensing unit for attaching to a vehicle, the sensing unit having a camera constructed and arranged to view a participant on the vehicle, the camera capturing at least one image; and processing electronics for storing data representing the captured at least one image or for relaying data representing the captured at least one image to a computer or a network.
SKATE SPINNER
Disclosed herein is a skate spinner including a platform configured of a flat board having a user's foot placed thereon, and a support unit corresponding to a lower part of the platform contacting a ground surface and having a curved protruded shape configuring a curved surface starting from a front end to a rear end, wherein the support unit is configured to have a series of plates each having a thickness equal to at least a thickness of an ice-skate blade and being aligned along a left-to-right direction at a predetermined distance, wherein, when observing a cross-section of the skate spinner taken along a direction being perpendicular to a front-to-rear longitudinal direction of the skate spinner, a height of each plate becomes higher starting from the plates positioned at both side ends of the skate spinner towards the plate positioned at a center of the skate spinner, and wherein an overall bottom surface of the plates contacting the ground surface configure a spherical surface outline. As described above, the skate spinner may allow a user to embody spin movements, which correspond to the same movements performed on ice, even on generally flat ground surfaces outside of the ice, when practicing for the spin movements using the skate spinner, wherein the skate spinner includes a support unit contacting the ground surface and having an overall spherical surface outline, and may allow the user to naturally tilt sideways (i.e., from left to right, and vice versa) in accordance with a shift (or change) in a center of gravity (or weight) according to front-to-back movements of the user's body as well as a shift in the center of gravity according to left-to-right movements of the user's body.
Mobile Skating Aid Apparatus
A mobile skating aid apparatus for supporting a skater stationed inside and, optionally, an attendant stationed outside of the apparatus at the rear to push from behind and monitor the skater. The apparatus comprises support members for the skater to grasp for support and to propel and steer the apparatus, a horizontally-positioned stabilizing beam which the skater straddles in order to provide a seat for the skater to sit upon in situations where the skater loses footing and which transforms into a more comfortable bench for resting or for changing footwear. At least one gliding or rolling element is also provided to enable the apparatus to move along a surface. The apparatus may also further comprise side rails which serve both to stabilize the apparatus and to further protect the skater against falls as well as collisions.
Resistance training system
A physical training system configured to be worn on a human body includes an article of footwear configured to receive a foot. A medial connection member is disposed on the medial side of the article of footwear and a lateral connection member is disposed on the lateral side of the article of footwear opposite the first connection member. The dorsal side of the article of footwear extends between the medial connection member and the lateral connection member. The physical training system further includes a torso member configured to engage the torso of the wearer. At least one elastic resistance band extends between the lateral connection member and the torso member and between the medial connection member and the torso member.
Convertible Training Aid for Multi-Stage Development of a Skater
A convertible training aid for multi-stage development of a skater is disclosed. The training aid includes a frame with front, back, and opposing sides. The frame has an upper frame that surrounds the skater, a lower frame, and a plurality of support posts.
