The relay race training apparatus includes a tread mill, a column disposed at a side of the tread mill through a linear driving device, a swinging device disposed on the column, and a catching and releasing device connected to the swinging device, wherein the swinging device is used to simulate swinging and turning over of the catching and releasing device by a baton passer or a baton receiver in a running process, the catching and releasing device includes a catching and releasing body, a holding groove for holding a baton is disposed on the catching and releasing body, a limiting plate for limiting the position of the baton and a driving mechanism for driving the limiting plate to move along the baton are disposed in the holding groove.
EXERCISE ASSISTANCE DEVICE, EXERCISE ASSISTANCE METHOD, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
An exercise assistance device includes a data obtainer that obtains motion data on a motion of an arm of a user that is taking exercise while swinging the arm, and at least one processor that obtains a type of arm swing form of the user, based on the motion data obtained by the data obtainer.
Systems and methods for coordinating musculoskeletal and cardiovascular hemodynamics
Described herein are systems and methods for favorably coordinating a timing relationship between a musculoskeletal activity cycle and a cardiac cycle of a user. A method may include repetitively detecting a signal that correlates to a blood volume in the user; determining an actual value of the signal that varies with the timing relationship; computing a trend of the actual value of the signal; and adjusting the movement guidance based on the trend of the actual value. A system may include a prompt device configured to provide recurrently a movement guidance to the user for guiding performance of the rhythmic musculoskeletal activity; a sensor configured to provide a signal that correlates to a blood volume in the user; and a processor configured to determine an actual value of the signal that varies with the timing relationship and to adjust the movement guidance based on the trend of the actual value.
Balancing exercise rod apparatus
A balancing exercise rod apparatus for working out while walking or jogging includes a grip bar having a left end and a right end. A pair of wheels is coupled to the grip bar. The pair of wheels includes a left wheel and a right wheel rotatably coupled to the left end and the right end of the grip bar, respectively. Each of the wheels has a hub rotatably coupled to the grip bar, a plurality of spokes extending from the hub, and a rim portion. The rim portion has an inner side, an outer side, an interior face, and an exterior face. The plurality of spokes extends from the hub to the interior face. A plurality of wheel weights is coupled to the pair of wheels. The plurality of wheel weights is coupled within the rim portion.
Reaction force detection system for treadmills and detection method thereof
A reaction force detection system for treadmills and detection method thereof is disclosed, wherein the system detects the current data generated by a user running on a treadmill comprising a running belt, a motor and an electronic circuit device by means of a current sensor, and then determines a current peak based on the current data, such that a ground reaction force peak can be determined according to the acquired current peak. Therefore, the present invention allows to determine the ground reaction force of the human body during running through the changes of the motor current signals inside the treadmill, such that these parameters can be further presented, analyzed, and stored in order to provide more scientific feedbacks for running trainings.
System for carrying out a training or a competition of or between two athletes
A system for carrying out a training or a competition of or between two athletes, wherein the system comprises: a first sports garment comprising a first signal element and a connection to a first mobile phone, wherein first control and/or calculating means are arranged for measuring of an actual distance covered by the first athlete; a second sports garment comprising a second signal element and a connection to a second mobile phone, wherein second control and/or calculating means are arranged for measuring of an actual distance covered by the second athlete, wherein first control means are provided for emitting a predetermined first signal by the first signal element in the case that the actual distance of the first athlete is bigger than the actual distance of the second athlete and wherein second control means are provided at or in the second sports garment for emitting a predetermined second signal by the second signal element in the case that the actual distance of the first athlete is bigger than the actual distance of the second athlete. So, a competition between two athletes can be carried out with an easy observation of the actual performance of the athletes.
Relief system for at least partially relieving the body weight of a person
A relief system for at least partially relieving the body weight of a person includes at least one first fastening device for fastening a first end of a first support device and at least one second fastening device for fastening a second end of the first support device which are formed on a cuff, such that an equally distributed tensile force is exerted on the cuff at the first fastening device and second fastening device when the first support device is guided through a guide device during a movement of the cuff when loaded by at least part of the body weight of the person. This advantageously permits a simple connection in particular of a bedridden patient to the relief system, without the patient first having to be moved, without other medical/therapeutic devices being disturbed, and without limiting the patient's stepping/walking movement.
RUNNING METHOD DETERMINATION DEVICE, RUNNING-METHOD DETERMINATION METHOD, AND PROGRAM
A running method determination device includes at least one processor that executes a program stored in at least one memory. The at least one processor acquires motion data at a time of running of a user, calculates, based on acceleration data in multiple axial directions included in the acquired motion data, a sum of acceleration vectors in the multiple axial directions as a resultant vector, and determines a type of a running method of the user using at least an angle of the calculated resultant vector as a standard of determination.
WEIGHT TRAINING CHAIN APPARATUS AND METHOD OF USE
A weight training apparatus having at least one main chain having a series of interconnected segments, at least one connection marker at specified segments on the at least one main chain, at least one tangent chain, at least one tangent chain connector to connect the at least one tangent chain to the at least one main chain, at least one data hub, at least one data processor, and at least one data communicator.
Sports training system and method
A physical training system includes a belt for fixing around the waist of a person and that includes a plurality of belt extension straps each adapted for fixing with the belt at any location therearound and preferably adjustable in length. Two shoes are adapted for wearing on the person's feet, each shoe including at least four attachment loops at opposing quadrants of the shoe and optional shoe extension straps. A plurality of elastomeric bands are selectively fixable between any of the belt extensions straps and the attachment loops or shoe extension straps of the shoes. A shoulder harness comprising two straps is included for attachment to and positioning of the belt. As such, in use, the person while running experiences resistance as each leg extends into a fully extended position, and a reduction or cessation of resistance as each leg retracts into a non-extended position.
