Swivel lock quick release device
The swivel lock quick release device is adapted to selectively attach a user to a sports equipment. The sports equipment may be watersports equipment, such as a surfboard, a kite surfing apparatus, a stand-up paddle board, sailing equipment, a wake board, etc., or land sports equipment, such as fishing, camping, climbing, animal collars or leashes, tactical rifle apparatus, and hunting equipment. The swivel lock quick release device can have a pull release and a protrusion, the pull release and the protrusion being adapted to be selectively engaged in a locked position is provided. A slide handle, a portion of the pull release, is adapted to be selectively moved in a coaxial direction by the user to disengage the pull release and the protrusion. The pull release can also be adapted to rotate or swivel around the protrusion.

Coupling device for a sports harness and sports harness
A hookless coupling device for a sports harness has an elongate body having a connector end for connection with a sports harness and an engagement end. An elongate aperture extends between the connector end and the engagement end. The aperture is wider at the connector end, for receiving an engager through the aperture, than at the engagement end provided for engaging the engager with the elongate body.
Coupling device for a sports harness and sports harness
A hookless coupling device for releasable connection to a sports harness includes an elongate body having a connector end for connection with the sports harness, an engagement end, and an elongate aperture extending between the connector end and the engagement end for engaging an engager. The aperture is wider at the connector end than at the engagement end. The sports harness includes a band for surrounding the waist or hips of a person, and the elongate body. A sports device, releasably engagable to the harness, has a spherical engager tethered with a line. The aperture passes the spherical engager though the engagement end and the engager is moved to the connector end. A sports kite includes a canopy, a traction line having a first end tethered to the canopy, and a second end to which the spherical engager is connected.
Woven inflatable devices and method of making the same
Woven inflatable devices and methods for making woven inflatable devices are provided. The woven inflatable devices include a laminated sheet with inflatable regions that when inflated cause the laminated sheet to transform from a planar shape to a three-dimensional shape such as a chair, container, or kiteboard harness.

Kite Line Reeling Device
This invention concerns a line reeling device for reeling front and back lines of a kite. The device includes a reeling mechanism comprising a first reel and a second reel which are located in an enclosure and on which the front and back lines are, in use, wound respectively. The reels are arranged so that their rotation in one direction retracts the lines and their rotation in the other direction deploys the lines. The reeling mechanism further includes reel connecting means which is operable to cause the reels to rotate in harmony in one configuration and rotate independently in another configuration. The reeling mechanism also has a braking mechanism for controlling rotation of the reels and a control mechanism which is in connection with the braking mechanism. The control mechanism is operable between a first, locked position wherein rotation of the reels is obstructed and a second, released position wherein rotation of the reels is allowed.
KITE CONTROL BAR WITH INTEGRATED LINE ADJUSTMENT MEANS
A kite control bar having a line guide extending with a fixed pawl towards one end. A reel is pivotally mounted towards one end of the control bar and extending into the line receiving channel. The reel has a fixed shaft with a knob on the shaft to enabling manual rotation of the reel. The reel has a ratchet gear. The reel is pivotally movable from an engaged positioned in which the ratchet gear of the reel is engaged with the pawl on the control bar thereby preventing rotation of the reel and a disengaged position in which the ratchet gear of the reel is disengaged from the pawl on the control bar thereby allowing rotation of the reel. The reel is biased into the engaged position. The reel is moved from the engaged position to the disengaged position by pushing the knob away from a center of the control bar.
Wing rig
Disclosed is a wing rig having detachable handles fastened to a front tube or a center strut.
