Elliptical exercise device for simultaneous training of shoulder girdle, pelvic girdle and trunk muscles in a human
The invention relates to the field of sports and medicine, specifically to training devices, more particularly to an elliptical exercise device suitable for simultaneous training of shoulder and pelvic girdle muscles in a human. Accordingly, it is desirable to provide an exercise device for training trunk muscles, the shoulder girdle and the pelvic girdle in a human and, at the same time, to enable simulation of various motion patterns by activating different groups of muscles, joints, the locomotor system in a human in general and especially muscles which hold the vertebral spine. It is further desirable to enable optional correction of their load during the process of coordination of motor activity (locomotion) of the human body through simultaneous elliptical motions of hands and feet, which, in addition to the load on the shoulder girdle and the pelvic girdle muscles, simultaneously provide preferably stretching load on muscle groups which hold the vertebral spine.
Head alignment golf training aid
A head alignment golf training aid system including a configurable frame assembly and a net member. The configurable frame assembly having a top section, middle section and bottom section, all sections collectively forming an inverted L shaped frame having a rectangular base when the frame assembly is configured. The top section includes a horizontal bar member, a support bracket member to steady the top section of the frame assembly, an alignment bar member which aids in orienting a user's head to a required position to obtain a desired golf swing, wherein the position of the alignment bar member relative to a user is adjustable to achieve a suitable orientation, and an elbow connector member for connecting the alignment bar member to the horizontal bar member. The middle section includes a vertically oriented pole member and the bottom section includes a rectangular base member having enclosed therein one or more golf tees. The rectangular base member is prefilled with weighted material to stabilize the configured frame assembly. The net member having a semicircle shaped net frame member and a screen member which attachably connects to the net frame member, the net member including designation labels, each located at a predetermined position on the screen member, wherein each designation label identifies a characteristic about the user's golf swing when a golf ball shot by the user hits the net member at one of the predetermined positions of the designation labels.
Movable platform for physical exercise
Disclosed is a movable platform for physical exercise including: a fixed base; at least one board having an upper surface to accommodate at least one person who must perform a physical exercise or also sporting equipment, the board being connected to the base with the possibility of rotating about at least one axis and/or of moving at least along one direction; an actuator, interposed between the base and the board, configured to impart to the board at least a rotation about the at least one axis, at least a movement at least along the direction, or combinations of these movements; a control unit, operatively connected to the actuator, configured to control activation or deactivation of the actuator to rotate and/or move the board between a reference position and perturbed positions, the control unit generating a sequence of motor interferences that influence the balance of the person performing the exercise.
Basketball shooting training device
A basketball shooting training device includes a main frame, a first vertical rail structure having vertical and oblique rails, a first sliding base, and a first basketball imitation member. The first vertical rail structure is disposed on the main frame. The first sliding base is slidably disposed on the first vertical rail structure for sliding along the first vertical rail structure. The first basketball imitation member is connected to the first sliding base. When the first basketball imitation member is propped and then propelled upwardly by a user's hand, the first sliding base slides from a first initial position on the vertical rail to a shooting position on the oblique rail for guiding the user's hand to complete a set shot along the first vertical rail structure.
Handle for dance practice assembly
A dance practice assembly includes an object that is selectively stationary, a tether assembly and a first handle. The first handle is configured to be coupled via the tether assembly to the object. The first handle includes a first leg and a second leg. The first leg has a first length and a somewhat elliptical cross-sectional shape. The second leg has a second attachment length that is different than the first length. The second leg is also approximately parallel to the first leg. The first handle further includes a third leg that connects the first leg to the second leg, where the third leg is approximately perpendicular to both the first leg and the second leg. The dance practice assembly can further include a second handle that is coupled to the first handle, with the second handle being substantially similar to the first handle.
Golf training tool
A golf training tool and associated method are disclosed herein. The training tool includes a substantially trapezoidal main body that, in use, is retained between a front arm and a rear arm of a golfer, the main body includes: a top surface, a bottom surface shorter in length than the top surface, a front side surface, and a rear side surface. The front side surface defines a front arm recess designed to receive the front arm of the golfer. The rear side surface defines a rear arm recess designed to receive the rear arm of the golf. In use, the main body is retained in place by only the front arm and the rear arm of the golfer and without one or more external supports.
Gymnastic machine with movable steps and operation method thereof
The present invention concerns a gymnastic machine of the type having movable steps, comprising a supporting frame, for the resting of said gymnastic machine on the floor, a movable stair comprising a plurality of elongated elements, each elongated element being hinged in series to a preceding elongated element and to a following elongated element, so as to form a closed series, two consecutive elongated elements forming a step of said movable stair acting respectively as tread and riser, said gymnastic machine being characterized in that at least one elongated element comprises at least one first and one second part articulated to each other. The present invention also concerns an operating method of said gymnastic machine.
Neck muscle exercise device
The present invention relates to a neck muscle exercise device includes: a main body part; a chair part provided at the main body part, having a seat part for supporting the buttocks of a user such that the user sits thereon, and formed such that the height of the seat part can be adjusted by an electric cylinder; and push exercise parts provided at the main body part so as to be arranged at the upper part of the chair part, and applying resistance to a motion, in which the user sitting on the chair part pushes the head thereof in at least one direction, so as to strengthen the neck muscle of the user.
