COMPUTER IMPLEMENTED AMERICAN SOCCER TRAINING AND EVALUATION METHOD AND SYSTEM
A computer-implemented American soccer training and evaluation method that includes subjecting a drilling user to predefined drilling protocol(s) of a plurality of American soccer drilling assemblies and obtain, from each pre-defined drilling protocol(s) of the plurality of American soccer drilling assemblies and from at least one sensor on each of the assemblies, at least one user physical characteristic of the drilling user. The user physical characteristic is communicated to an administrative server over a network, where it is stored and used to create a drilling user performance profile having individualized performance comparisons with respect to the at least one user physical characteristic of the drilling user and a performance benchmark. Then, the drilling user performance profile is communicated to at least one of a plurality of electronic computing devices of a plurality of consuming users for evaluation and review.
Sports ball rebound and boundary system
A sports ball rebound and boundary system including at least one portable post portion, configured to in use stand upright unsupported, and a barrier portion. The post portion and the barrier portion are configured for mutual releasable connection so that at least part of the barrier portion is extendible from the post portion to form a substantially vertically aligned planar barrier extending upwards from substantially ground level. The barrier portion is further configured to in use remain under sufficient tension to cause a ball or similar to rebound when striking the barrier.
PORTABLE FOLDABLE BARRIERS AND METHODS TO PRODUCE AND USE THE SAME
Portable foldable barriers and methods to produce and use the same. An exemplary portable barrier of the present disclosure has a first panel, a second panel connected to the first panel using a first connector, and a third panel connected to the second panel using a second connector, wherein the first panel, the second panel, and the third panel each have a first surface and an opposing second surface, wherein the first connector connects the first surface of the first panel and the first surface of the second panel, and wherein the second connector connects the second surface of the second panel and the second surface of the third panel.
MODIFIED BASEBALL GAME
A modified baseball game includes a field bounded by side walls, a top wall, a strike wall, and a back wall. The side walls, the top wall, the strike wall, and the back wall are substantially perpendicular to the field and the field is substantially smaller than a traditional baseball field. A pitch of a predefined length is positioned proximal to the strike wall. A first and a second team includes at most five players. The first team fields and the second team bats and vice versa at the end of three outs of the second team. A ball is used for pitching by one of the five players the first team or the second team. A baseball bat is used for hitting the ball by one of the players of the first team or the second team based on which team is batting.
REBOUNDER SYSTEMS AND METHODS
Elastic athletic systems, including ball rebounder systems, and methods for assembly and use. A ball rebounder system includes a frame having a target portion and a support portion, a net, and a net attachment tool. The net attachment tool increases leverage and may be used to tightly secure the net to the target portion, and an angle between the target portion and the support portion may be adjusted with a foot pedal such that the net rebounds a ball at a higher or lower trajectory depending on the angle. A lower crossbar of the frame may include a plurality of net hooks that secure the net in a forward position such that the ball does not contact the lower crossbar during use. The ball rebounder system may be used to rebound the ball to an athlete as part of training.
DEVICE, SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR USE WITH A BALL GAME
A ball game device and system includes a ball-rebounding body having a frame within which a resilient surface is suspended. The frame is configured to be immovable for optimizing ball rebound. In this way, the body can be used on virtually any surface and the game played in virtually any environment. Preferably, the frame would have a base and a rebound surface-supporting structure. The resilient rebound surface is continuous and is configured to be variably tilted. The resilient surface is conical such that ball rebound and trajectory is rendered unpredictable, or predictable depending on where the ball strikes the resilient surface and/or a centrally disposed positioned within the rebound surface. In the preferred embodiment, defense boundaries offensive lines and other features are included to provide a wide variety of game formats. Notably the centrally disposed surface provides a spot that the thrower can aim at to maximize ball rebound.
Ping Pong Table
A ping pong table for playing ping pong on a variably configurable table includes a center panel that is rectangularly shaped. A pair of side panels is hingedly coupled singly to and extends from opposing sides of the center panel. The side panels extend between opposing ends of the center panel. A plurality of legs is coupled to and extends perpendicularly from a bottom of the center panel. The legs are positioned on the center panel such that the center panel is supportable on a substantially horizontal surface. The side panels are configured to be positioned in angled positions relative to the center panel.
Rebound device to facilitate hockey training
An illustrative example embodiment of an ice hockey puck rebounder includes a rigid base with ends and side faces. At least one resilient member has a first surface secured to at least one of the side faces. A first surface of the resilient member is received against and supported by the side face of the base along its entire length. The resilient member comprises a rubber material having a durometer between 50 and 60. A second, outwardly facing surface of the resilient member presents a rebound surface for being contacted by an ice hockey puck. The resilient member consistently, resiliently deflects an ice hockey puck away from the resilient member.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SPORTS PRACTICE
A practice wall for sports having a plurality of panels arranged in a series of rows and columns. The columns are joined by hinges such that the columns can be folded to create various profiles which will cause a ball to reflect differently depending on the goals of the athlete. In one embodiment the panels can be readily disassembled so the wall can be temporarily erected, stored, and reassembled. In some embodiments the inventive practice wall can be fitted with instrumentation to provide objective performance data to the athlete or a coach.
Bounce back item net
This is the embodiment of the net apparatus used in sports and in the non-sports arenas. This net's frame supports an inner net framed matrix that connects and pivots a rear frame for an adjustable triangular-shaped lean to control the trajectory of the ball or object. The net is designed to rebound balls or objects with high energy even at side angles to return the ball to the sender. The net is also designed to minimize stress to both net and frame when a ball or object contacts the net.
