Device for pattern-building with projectiles
A device is provided for receiving projectiles and creating a pattern. The device includes a plurality of hoops arranged in parallel and configured to receive the projectiles. A two-dimensional grid could be providedacross a plurality of channels of the device, or on a display of the devicein order to display the projectiles received by the plurality of hoops. In some examples, projectiles may be received by a plurality of channels, and the pattern is created within the channels and is viewable through apertures across the channels. In other examples, sensors may be used to determine when a projectile has passed through one of the hoops, and indicators may be displayed in corresponding vertical columns of a two-dimensional grid on a display.
RESILIENT DECK STRUCTURE
According to a resilient platform assembly, a playing deck includes a plurality of horizontally disposed deck panels. Each deck panel of the plurality of horizontally disposed deck panels has a pair of foot flanges on the bottom of the deck panels. Receiving shoes are attached to the deck panels. The receiving shoes are configured to receive the foot flanges of the deck panels. A transverse member is perpendicular to the plurality of horizontally disposed deck panels. The transverse member includes a plurality of notches. Each notch of the plurality of notches is cut in the transverse member in a predetermined spacing pattern. The receiving shoes are installed in the notches and the deck panels are attached to the transverse member through the receiving shoes. Resilient mounts connect the transverse member to a support assembly and allow relative motion between the transverse member and the support assembly.
Sports ball rebounder net
A sports ball rebounder net has a rebound surface positioned and angled to receive balls and to return or propel those projected balls back to the athlete. The net frame has brackets extending from the rear of each vertical post. The brackets each have an arcuate hole at a first radial distance from a center of rotation, and a series of spaced apart holes along an arc located at a second distance from the center of rotation. One arm of the back support is connected to the first bracket and a second arm connected to the second bracket, each at the respective centers of rotation. The angular position of the back support in respect of the net frame is adjusted by pulling a cord that is attached at each end to a respective plunger associated with each arm of the back support, each of which has a pin that is retracted upon pulling the cord. The respective pins of the plungers mate with one of each series of holes through the bracket attached to the net frame.
Hockey training device
The present invention relates to training devices used in the stick sports, particularly hockey, to improve users or corresponding stick sport players stick-handling and puck passing abilities. Hockey puck rebound device (1) comprises a first support (2) and a second support (22), at least one resilient member (20) extending between the first support (2) and the second support (22) such that the resilient member (20) is secured in a taut manner to provide a resilient spring-back force when struck by a puck (50), a cross-member (30) extending between the first support (2) and the second support (22). Each support (2, 22) comprises at least one channel (7) for inserting and securing the resilient member (20) to the support (2, 22).
Foldable rebound net frame
The application relates to a foldable rebound net frame includes a surface frame and supporting stands. The surface frame includes a frame structure and a rebound net mounted on the frame structure, the frame structure comprises a plurality of supporting rods and connecting mechanisms, the plurality of supporting rods are connected in a head-to-tail manner by the connecting mechanisms, and two ends of each of the plurality of supporting rods are rotatably mounted on corresponding ones of the connecting mechanisms respectively. The supporting stands are adjustably mounted on corresponding ones of the plurality of supporting rods. The foldable rebound net frame of the disclosure has a simple structure and a low production cost, also has a small size and is convenient to carry in a folded state.
PICKLEBALL BARRIER
A deployable pickleball barrier includes a plurality of panels having a first rigid surface, a second rigid surface, and a substantially straight channel coupling the rigid surfaces. Each of the plurality of panels are coupled with another of the plurality of panels by an interpanel joint that includes a rigid bond and a plurality of fold lines formed in the first rigid surface to form a rightwardly biasing hinge. Each of the plurality of panels includes an intrapanel joint including a plurality of fold lines formed in the second rigid surface to form a leftwardly biasing hinge. The deployable pickleball barrier can be folded at each of the hinges to alternate between a deployed configuration and a folded configuration.
Sports training device apparatus
A sports training apparatus including a flexible bistable spring band, wherein the flexible bistable spring band may have two stable mechanical states. The sports training apparatus may further include an elastic band including a first end and a second end, wherein a first end of the elastic band may be configured to be removeably attached to the flexible bistable spring band. The flexible bistable spring band may transition from a first stable mechanical state to a second stable mechanical state by wrapping around a cylindrical object.
Pepper Rebound Screen
A rebound screen is provided that includes a curved rebound surface. The curved rebound surface is held in a bowed position on a supporting frame to provide a rebounding effect to an object striking the panel. The curved panel provides a surface that increases the range of angles, e.g., lateral angles, from which a ball can be rebounded off of the surface as compared to flat panel rebound devices.
SENSOR BACKSTOP SYSTEM
A training device for baseball and other sports includes layers for detecting different zones of contact. The device can detect position of impact and the velocity of impact of an object such as a baseball, lacrosse ball or hockey puck by a change in voltage due to the compression or pressuring of an interlayer positioned between two conductors. The device is used for individual training as well as for competition over a network.
Target training apparatus
A target training apparatus includes an axle shaft, and the axle shaft includes three rebounding portions. Each one of the rebounding portions can be rotated relative to the axle shaft in order adjust angles among each one of the rebounding portions. In addition, each one of the rebounding portions can be positioned onto the axle shaft after the position thereof are set completely. The present invention utilizes three rebounding portions arranged at different angles as different ball striking targets, and the diversity of the ball bouncing direction is increased in order to improve the athlete training effect.
