LIGHTER THAN AIR VEHICLE
Disclosed is a lighter than air vehicle comprising a first envelope, a second envelope located inside the first envelope, and a tube connecting the first envelope to the second envelope. The first envelope and the second envelope are spaced apart so as to define a chamber between the first envelope and the second envelope. The chamber is filled with a lighter than air gas. A first opening of the tube is located at an external surface of the first envelope. A second opening of the tube is located at an internal surface of the second envelope, the second opening of the tube being at an opposite end of the tube to the first opening of the tube.

LIGHTER THAN AIR VEHICLE
Disclosed is a lighter than air vehicle comprising: an envelope (34) containing a lighter than air gas (22), at least part of the envelope (34) admitting the passage of light (28) through the at least part of the envelope (34); and means for selectively redirecting the light (28) which passes through the at least part of the envelope (34). The vehicle may further comprises a plurality of devices (44, 50) for using incident light (28). The means for selectively redirecting the light (28) may be for selectively redirecting the light (28) onto a selected device (44, 50), for example, by switching the positions of two or more devices (44, 50) into the path of the light (28).
Autonomous intelligence surveillance reconnaissance and payload delivery system and method of using same
An intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance system is disclosed including a ground station and one or more aerial vehicles. The aerial vehicles are autonomous systems capable of communicating intelligence data to the ground station and be used as part of a missile delivery package. A plurality of aerial vehicles can be configured to cast a wide net of reconnaissance over a large area on the ground including smaller overlapping reconnaissance areas provided by each of the plurality of the aerial vehicles.

Protective film
A protective film has a soluble polyimide polymer base layer and an exterior layer directly contacting the base layer exterior surface. The base layer is less than 12 microns thick, and is at least 2 meters long. The exterior layer includes at least one of a fluorinated polymer, a dielectric layer, one or more metallic layers, a metalloid layer, or a plurality a dielectric layers where each dielectric layer has a dielectric layer thickness that varies no more than 3%. The exterior layer or the base layer can also include additives, as desired.

Continuous Fiber Reinforcement For Airship Construction
An airship hull is disclosed. The airship hull comprises a gas-tight shape fabricated from a membrane. The airship hull comprises one or more fibers applied to an outer surface of the gas-tight shape in a continuous manner such that a particular one of the one or more fibers wraps around a circumference of the gas-tight shape multiple times, wherein the applied one or more fibers are affixed to the outer surface of the gas-tight shape.
Airship construction and method where a harness-structure is fastened around a hull
A lighter than air airship (1) comprising a gas-filled flexible hull (2) which is elongate with a longitudinal axis (1) and with a front end (4) and a rear end (5), wherein a harness-structure (3) is abutting an outer side of the hull (2) and not perturbing the hull and not extending through the hull, the harness-structure (3) is made of a bendable material and carries a propeller engine (10) for forward thrust of the airship (1), rechargeable batteries (11) for providing electrical power to the propeller engine (10), and a solar panel for providing electrical power to recharge the batteries (11).
