Aerostat Display
The present disclosure provides aerostat display, which utilizes the aerial display by exploiting the visual residue of pointolites rotating around the outer surface of the aerostat on human eyes.
High-Place Observation Device
[Object] To provide a high-place observation device for stably performing a fixed-point observation of a target object from a high place. [Solution] Provides a long pole 30 which is formed to extend and contract freely and which stands on the installation surface E, a rotorcraft 40 for positioning the pole 30 to a desirable height position by extending and contracting the pole 30 by a floating force in a connected state, a winding mechanism 22 which fixes and maintains the height position of the pole 30 to the height position set by the rotorcraft 40, and a camera 50 attached to the rotorcraft 40.
Systems, methods, and devices for package delivery using unmanned aerial vehicles
Systems and methods are disclosed for package delivery using unmanned aerial vehicles. Example methods may include positioning a first component at a first elevation, and operatively connecting the first component to a winch; positioning a second component at a second elevation higher than the first elevation; and configuring cable of a lifting component to: operatively connect to the first component and the second component, connect to and disconnect from a vehicle, and lift the vehicle from the first component towards the second component using the winch.
SYSTEM, CONTROL DEVICE AND LIGHT AIRCRAFT
Provided is a system comprising a projector; and a control device, wherein the control device includes a projector position information acquisition unit for acquiring projector position information indicative of a position of the projector, a flight vehicle position information acquisition unit for acquiring flight vehicle position information indicative of a position of a flight vehicle on which a solar cell panel is mounted, and an irradiation direction control unit for controlling an irradiation direction of light emitted from the projector, based on the projector position information and the flight vehicle position information.

CHANGING ELEVATION BASED ON COMBINING A LIQUID WITH A SUBSTRATE
A technique for varying buoyancy of an apparatus includes providing a substrate configured to produce gas on demand when exposed to a liquid, exposing the substrate to such liquid, and capturing the gas produced by the substrate to increase the buoyancy of the apparatus within a fluid. In some examples, the liquid and the fluid contain the same material, such that gas may be produced using fluid already in the environment.
FLIGHT TERMINATION SYSTEM FOR TETHERED AERIAL VEHICLES
Aspects of the disclosure relate to flight termination systems for tethered aerial vehicles. For instance, a flight termination system for a tethered aerial vehicle including an envelope may include a tool and a tether. The tool may include a first piece configured for attachment to an interior surface of the envelope and including a cutting blade. The tool may also include a second piece configured for attachment to an exterior surface of the envelope. The tether may be attached to the first piece such that when in use, a force on the tether causes the tool to cut an opening into the envelope.

FLIGHT TERMINATION SYSTEM FOR TETHERED AERIAL VEHICLES
Aspects of the disclosure relate to flight termination systems for tethered aerial vehicles having envelopes. For instance, a flight termination system may include a wire heating element arranged in a loop around the balloon envelope and connected to a strain relief connector, the strain relief connector, and an electrical cable connected to the strain relief connector. The electrical cable is configured to provide current to the wire in order to melt envelope material of the envelope and terminate a flight of the aerial vehicle.
