Collapsible exercise apparatus
An exercise apparatus including an exercise bar assembly, a pulley assembly and an exercise band assembly. The exercise bar assembly includes an exercise bar that has attachment point rods secured along a height thereof. Exercise bands from the exercise band assembly are secured to the desired of the attachment point rods. Attached along the height of the exercise bar are also pads used to practice kicking and punching. The exercise bands include handle straps allowing the user to grasp the exercise bands to work out the desired muscle group. Additional exercise options are provided with the pulley wheels of the pulley assembly. The exercise bands and the pulley wheels interact with one another to provide additional exercise options.
BOXING BAG FRAME ASSEMBLY
A boxing bag frame assembly includes a rectangular perimeter frame formed by perimeter frame members raised from the ground and supported by support posts, and a movable cross member which extends between two opposing perimeter frame members. Both ends of the cross member include roller assemblies which are movable along the frame members, thus allowing the cross member to be movable along the frame members. The cross member further includes a bag mount which also includes a roller assembly, such that the bag mount is movable along the cross member. The movability of the bag mount and the cross member allows a boxing bag to pivot, rotate, or swing relative to the bag mount as well as move in the space within perimeter frame in a first direction and a second direction perpendicular to the first direction.

Physical training apparatus and method for using the same
A physical training apparatus for use in striking training, the apparatus comprising: a frame having a perimeter member extending substantially along a perimeter member plane and a support assembly for supporting the perimeter member above a ground surface such that the perimeter member plane is substantially horizontal, the perimeter member surrounding a central space for receiving an instructor; and a plurality of striking targets suspended from the perimeter member, the striking targets being positioned around the central space to allow a user positioned radially outwardly from the frame, adjacent one of the striking targets and facing inwardly towards the central space, to interact with the striking target while maintaining visual contact with the instructor when the instructor is positioned in the central space.
Performance evaluation equipment, systems and related methods
This disclosure relates to using a hand held target (e.g. tae kwon do paddle) as a tool for providing physical performance instructions according to a digital workout performance template loaded in advance.
System for absorbing and redirecting impact
A system for absorbing and redirecting impact including a plates assembly and a damping assembly is disclosed herein. The plates assembly includes a first plate being attached to a wall. The first plate and a second plate having a plurality of openings. The openings receive straps to tether the second plate to the first plate. The damping assembly includes a padding being attached to a front side of the second plate. A plurality of angled members are attached to a rear side of the second plate and to a front side of the first plate. The plurality of angled members receive shock absorbers therein. The damping assembly is configured to absorb and redirect impacts.

MIXED MARTIAL ARTS EQUIPMENT
An MMA fighting glove is disclosed herein which has a smooth front profile especially at the top and lateral side of the glove when the glove is clenched. In this manner, the glove is less likely to cut an opponent's skin or training partner's skin when the lateral side grazes the opponent or training partner. Moreover, a sleeve may cover a strap mechanism of the MMA glove described herein or a prior art MMA glove to cover any protrusions or aberrations of the strap mechanism to further mitigate cutting of the opponent or training partner.
PUNCH BAG SUPPORT ASSEMBLY
A punch bag support assembly includes a mounting unit, a first elongate arm pivotally connected at a first end to the mounting unit and a second elongate arm pivotally connected at a first end to the second end of the first elongate arm. A mounting device for a punch bag is arranged adjacent the second end of the second elongate arm. The connection between the mounting unit and the first elongate arm or the connection between the first elongate arm and the second elongate arm, or both connections, is provided with a spring mechanism.

Aspects provide a punching bag formed by a body panel with a first edge that forms a first closed end, and a second edge distal to the first that defines a second opened end of an interior enclosure of the punching bag that is bounded within interior surface sidewalls of the body panel between the first closed end and the second opened end. The first closed end traps air within the interior enclosure that is configured to interact via the second opened end with ambient air within an outer area surrounding the body panel, to thereby slow motion of the punching bag as it is conveyed through the ambient air in response to forces imparted to the bag body panel by a user.
