Adjustable swivel mount device for heavy punching bag
A swivel joint system for hanging a heavy punching bag from an overhead support has a swivel joint defining at least first and second perpendicular pivot axes and a hanging shaft having a lower end pivotally connected to the universal joint for rotation about the first pivot axis and an upper end configured for rotatable attachment to an overhead support for free rotation about a third pivot axis. A hanging tube is pivotally connected to the universal joint for rotation about the second pivot axis, and releasably secured to a mounting plate. A plurality of attachment members are rigidly attachable at spaced locations around the mounting plate to surround the hanging tube and configured for attachment to straps at the upper end of a heavy punching bag.
HIGH BAR ASSEMBLY ATTACHABLE TO DOOR FRAME
There is provided a high bar assembly attachable to a door frame, the assembly comprising: first and second door frame attachments secured to a door frame, wherein first and second door frame attachments are secured to first and second opposite inner side walls of the door frame respectively; first and second retainers protruding inwardly from the first and second door frame attachments in a monolithic or integrated manner therewith respectively; first and second bar supports retained or supported by the first and second retainers, wherein each bar support has a retainer groove in a first end thereof, wherein each retainer is slidably and removably fitted with each retainer groove in a horizontal direction, wherein each bar support is secured to each door frame attachment, wherein the second end of each support bar protrudes horizontally beyond the door frame by a predetermined distance; and an elongate bar passing through the second ends of the first and second bar supports.
Adjustable double end bag
A vertically adjustable double end bag system includes a double end bag connected to a tether. The tether may be a continuous cord o two connected cords, and may be flexible or substantially fixed length. The double end bag includes an adjuster mechanism for selectively positioning the bag. A support, such as may be connected to a door or other upright fixture or as may be free-standing via a base, connects to and suspends the tether.
Suspension strap assembly for a punching bag
The suspension strap assembly for a punching bag is an apparatus that is configured for use in physical training. The suspension strap assembly for a punching bag suspends a heavy bag in a manner appropriate for use in the physical training for boxing activities. The suspension strap assembly for a punching bag comprises a superior mount, a suspension apparatus, and a heavy bag. The suspension apparatus attaches the heavy bag to the superior mount. The heavy bag provides a target used for physical training. The superior mount suspends the suspension apparatus and the heavy bag from a load bearing structure such that the load of the suspension apparatus and the heavy bag are incorporated into the load path of a building or structure.
STRIKING TRAINING DEVICE AND METHOD OF USE
A striking training device comprising a base; an adjustable length elongate member having an upper end and a lower end supported by the base in a vertical orientation defining a vertical axis; a punching bag supported on the upper end of the elongate member; a flexing member spaced along the elongate member between a ½ point up from the bottom of the base and a point ¾ up from the bottom of the base and in line with the elongate member along the vertical axis for providing a flexing point along the vertical axis corresponding to the flexing member.
UNIVERSAL HEAVY BAG ATTACHMENT KIT
An attachment kit for a heavy bag includes a securing strap having a length between a first end and a second end and a securing mechanism configured to retain the securing strap about a perimeter of the heavy bag. The kit includes a plurality of connecting straps, each of the plurality of connecting straps comprising a length between a first connecting end and a second connecting end, wherein the first connecting end is configured to be positioned about the securing strap. The kit includes a tether having a top end and a bottom end, the top end configured to couple to each of the second connecting ends of the plurality of connecting straps and a bottom end is configured to couple to an anchor, wherein when the securing strap is secured about a perimeter of the heavy bag and the tether is secured to the anchor, movement of a lower end of the heavy bag is limited.
Proximity Training Device
A proximity training device for use in training of activities (FIGS. 2, 20 and 21), that anybody can use whether they are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced activity enthusiast (user) participating in martial arts or another partner-oriented activities. The user is able to utilize the training device safely allowing them to maintain their physical fitness activities. The user engages the training device maintaining an upright posture and initiates movement thereby activating the training device. It is held within the same proximity of an in-person training partner, allowing the user to practice the fundamental biomechanical responses and other skills required for their preferred chosen activities. The training device is lightweight and easy to store. The arms are easily removed and are adjustable for optimizing user comfort and training device functionality. The training device is easy to assemble and disassemble which allows for easy transport and storage of the training device.
PERFORMANCE EVALUATION EQUIPMENT, SYSTEMS AND RELATED METHODS
This disclosure relates to using a hand held target (e.g. tae kwon do paddle) as a tool for providing physical performance instructions according to a digital workout performance template loaded in advance.
Speed tracker
The present invention is a device for measuring and displaying the speed, force, rate and/or frequency that an object or a body part strikes a target. The present invention includes an impact sensor, transmitter, computer and display. The sensor includes layers of alternating conductive and non-conductive material that are wrapped around the target. The conductive layers of fabric generate electrical impulses when they come into contact with each other through perforations in the non-conductive material. These signals are interpreted by the computer to derive information about the speed of the strike against the target.
Implement suspension and movement system and associated devices and methods
A system for securing exercise equipment including an elongate suspended rail and at least one braking device. The at least one braking device including a brake plate, a wheel assembly, a spring, and an actuator. The system wherein the braking device is arranged with the rail such that the braking device can be secured at any point along the rail.
