GOLF TRAINING AID
A golf training aid (10) that is arranged to he attached to one of the front and back legs (36) of a golfer (30). The golf training aid comprising a monitoring arrangement (14) for monitoring progressive movement of the back leg towards the front leg of the golfer; and an alarm arrangement (16) for alerting the golfer when displacement of the back leg towards the front leg has reached a predetermined position, to enable the golfer to make necessary bodily movements to swing a club that is held by the golfer.
GOLF SWING TRAINING DEVICE
A golf swing training device having components that may be worn by a user during a golf swing. The device may include a belt portion, a stretchable connecting member, and a glove, which is worn on a user's leading hand when swinging a golf club. The glove may include a harness that wraps around a user's hand. To use the golf swing training device, a user fastens the belt around their midsection so that it is snug. One end of the connecting member may be attached to the belt at the appropriate attachment point and the other end may be attached to the glove or harness. As the user begins their backswing, the connecting member stretches and provides resistance to the hand. The stretched connecting member promotes proper club head alignment in the backswing and forward swing.
HOME GOLF PUTTING GAME
A simulated golf putting green, including a base having an upper surface, lower surface and opposed side walls. A cup is cut into the base to enable golf balls putted thereto, to drop into the cup. A trough returns the golf ball to the starting position. The base is angularly inclined so that the putting is not “on flat.” A backstop enables an errant ball to be returned to the starting position.
Calculation Device, Calculation System, Calculation Method, and Calculation Program
A trajectory and a flight distance of a target moving body such as a ball hit by a golf club in an athletic competition such as a golf game may be calculated from the images having been taken. The calculation may be conducted from the pictures having been taken with a monocular camera of low resolution such as a smartphone. An initial velocity and a hitting angle of a target moving body such as a ball having been hit high by the golf club may be calculated.
GOLF GREEN TOPOGRAPHIC OVERLAY AND TARGET ASSIST APPARATUS
A golf green topographic overlay and target assist apparatus assists players develop their short game by demarking the fall line of a green on the low side of a target area or cup. The overlay includes a sight area which is placed over top of a target area or cup. The player shoots upon the green proper, the ball ending upon the overlay. If ending in the sight area, then the player has holed the shot. If the shot ends upon the overlay, but outside of the sight area, then the player has misjudged the break but has used the correct amount of force to properly hole the shot had the break been properly judged. The overlay is useful for practicing on actual greens where a player is apt to play.
GOLF SWING ANALYSIS METHOD AND GOLF SWING ANALYSIS SYSTEM
The virtual play system is composed of a mobile terminal 2 worn by a player P, a virtual play display terminal 6 provided with a display unit 86, and a cloud server 4 capable of communicating with the mobile terminal 2 and the virtual play display terminal 6. The mobile terminal 2 includes a data analysis unit that transmits first measurement data obtained by measuring and quantifying an actual motion of player P during play and second measurement data obtained by measuring and quantifying the motion of player P during simulated play to the cloud server 4, and the cloud server 4 includes a virtual play data generation unit that calculates virtual play data based on the first measurement data and the second measurement data, and the virtual play display terminal 6 displays the virtual play data.

System and method for three dimensional object tracking using combination of radar and image data
Methods, systems, and apparatus, including medium-encoded computer program products, for 3D flight tracking of objects includes, in at least one aspect, a method including obtaining two dimensional image data of a golf ball in flight, the two dimensional image data originating from a camera; obtaining radar data of the golf ball in flight, the radar data originating from a Doppler radar device associated with the camera; interpolating the radar data to generate interpolated radar data of the golf ball in flight; and blending radial distance information derived from the interpolated radar data of the golf ball in flight with angular distance information derived from the two dimensional image data of the golf ball in flight to form three dimensional location information of the golf ball in three dimensional space.
Wearable training apparatus, a training system and a training method thereof
A wearable training apparatus has a vision-control assembly and a head-mounting assembly coupled to the vision-control assembly. The vision-control assembly has a see-through area corresponding to a central portion of the human field of vision (FOV), and a vision-blocking area for blocking the human peripheral FOV except the central portion thereof. The wearable training apparatus may be in the form of a pair of eyeglasses with lenses provided with reduced FOV or alternatively, may be in the form of a goggle with reduced FOV. A training system may comprise one or more wearable training apparatus, one or more imaging devices for recording images and/or video streams of the performance of users wearing the training apparatuses, and one or more computing devices for playing back and analyzing the recorded images and/or video streams.
Golf hip-turn training device
A golf hip-turn training device according to the present disclosure includes: an anchor section including a body having a band shape, a first ring coupled at a second side of the body, and a fixer that is formed at a first side of the body and configured to be coupled to a fixed object; a resistance load section including an elastic member that has a rope shape, and one or more second rings that are coupled to ends of the elastic member and fastened to the first ring; and a strap section having a loop band shape and including a third ring coupled at a first side of the strap section to hold the elastic member and to enable the elastic member to pivot around the third ring, wherein a second side is formed to wrap around a hip and a portion of a femoral region of a user.
