A golf swing speed trainer for releasable attachment via a retainer to a shaft sleeve of a golf club shaft, including a head, a sleeve, and a weighting system. The trainer provides a highly customizable golf swing speed trainer that more accurately mimics the feel of a real club as a golfer works to increase their swing speed, without introducing any new bad habits. It allows a golfer to use their “gamer” shaft and grip during speed training, thereby increasing the user's familiarity with the trainer, which should result not only in increased swing speed but also improved consistency and accuracy.

Additional receiving nets not only further ensure that but also add advanced features like tracking and simulating the trajectory of the golf ball if shot on a real golf court.

An elongated putting strap contained in a rolled configuration within a housing. When used, the elongated strap is unrolled and laid out on a putting green. The putting strap may include short, medium and long putting zones and corresponding short, medium and long target zones. The putting zones may include hash marks designating distances to corresponding target zones. Use of the putting strap provides golfers with an opportunity to putt from various distances in an attempt to bring the golf ball to rest in the proper target zone corresponding to the putting zone from where the golf ball was struck. A swing trainer balance block apparatus for improving balance during swing training includes a foot board having a board top side, a board bottom side, a board front side, a board back side, a board left side, and a board right side. The board top side receives a portion of a user's foot. A base support is coupled to the foot board. The base support is coupled to the board bottom side and is elastically deformable to create instability in the foot board. A method is provided for preventing back injuries related to sport motions or swings that includes setting an attachment height of a distal end of an elastic of a warmup and training device, the attachment height set to define an angle α backwards from vertical above center of a practice motion specific to a sport to be practiced, attaching a handle to a proximal end of the elastic where a type of the handle corresponds to the sporting activity to be performed, performing the practice motion while holding the handle and stretching the elastic, and returning to the beginning of the practice motion to repeat the activity.
