Measurement and reconstruction of the golf launching scene in 3D
A method, including scanning a golf club to obtain scanning information; inputting the scanning information into a processing system; using at least one camera positioned behind and in-line to a golf swing direction and at least one lighting unit to obtain a series of images of a golf club during the golf swing; converting the series of images into parameterized motion representations; using at least one radar to obtain a radar signal; inputting the parameterized motion representations and the radar signal into the processing system; receiving golf club parameters and golf swing parameters as an output of the processing system; and generating a visual model of the golf club and the golf swing in a virtual space using the golf club parameters and the golf swing parameters.
Systems and methods for integrating measurements captured during a golf swing
The present embodiments provide systems and methods for aggregating measurements captured by different technologies during a golf swing. By capturing measurements using different technologies, more accurate measurements may be provided to a user by selecting from the measurements, offsetting measurements based on the technologies used, and aligning measurements between devices. Further, by aggregating measurements received from different devices, additional features and functionality may be provided to the user that is absent from any one device used alone. Additionally, by storing the aggregated measurements, users, club fitters and instructors may access and leverage larger databases of measurements to better understand the user's golf swing and to provide better recommendations and instruction to the user.
DIGITAL SLOPE METER
A digital slope meter includes: a shaft extended in a longitudinal direction thereof and having a rolling groove formed on top thereof in the longitudinal direction thereof to allow a golf ball placed thereon to be moved down therealong, when the rear side thereof is tilted up in a state where the front side there is located on a green, and to then roll on the green from a discharging end formed at the front end thereof; and a measuring module located on the shaft to measure a moving distance and an isolated angle of the golf ball rolling on the green from the discharging end when the rear side of the shaft is tilted up.
GOLF PUTTING MAT
A golf putting mat includes: two or more putting pads (3-1, 3-2, and 3-3) having different green speeds from one another; and a main body (5) having the shape of a band in such a manner as to attach the putting pads (3-1, 3-2, and 3-3) connected serially with one another to top thereof, whereby two or more putting surfaces with different green speeds can be formed on one mat body, thereby allowing a user to practice putting with the different green speeds on one putting mat.
Golf swing plane training aid device
The present disclosure relates to a portable golf swing plane training device having a base support, alignment rods, and a golf club insert member for receiving a golf club. The golf club, when applied to the golf club insert member, acts as a weight and support member to stabilize and firmly hold the portable golf swing plane training device to a golf playing surface.
Golf equipment identification and fitting system
Systems and methods for identifying golf equipment. The system may include one or more performance tracking devices, such as an optical sensor system or a radar sensor system for tracking at least one of a golf club swing or a golf ball flight. The system also may include at least one processor and memory storing instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the system to perform a set of operations. The operations include receiving current dynamic input for a golf shot from a golfer and current static input for the golfer. The operations also include executing a trained machine-learning model based on the received current dynamic input and current static input to generate predicted golf club properties and/or predicted golf ball properties for the golfer. The predicted golf club properties and/or predicted golf ball properties are displayed on a connected display.
Wrist and elbow stabilizer for sports training
A golf training aid is described that stabilizes a wrist and an elbow of a golfer during a golf swing. The golf training aid includes a flexible sleeve and an elongated rigid insert. The flexible sleeve is configured to receive the wrist and the elbow of the golfer. The elongated rigid insert is secured to the flexible sleeve. The flexible sleeve keeps the rigid insert in contact with the wrist and the elbow of the golfer so as to prevent pivoting of the wrist and pivoting of the elbow.
Golf alignment rod
An alignment rod includes a first rod and a second rod movably connected to each other, and a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod connecting the first rod and the second rod. The first rod and the second rod substantially overlap each other in a collapsed configuration, and the first rod and the second rod are spaced apart from each other in an expanded configuration.
Sensor device-equipped golf shoes
Provided is a sensor device-equipped golf shoes comprising: golf shoes including a left and right pair of a first shoe and a second shoe to be worn by a golfer; and a sensor device attached to the golf shoes. The sensor device includes one or more sensor modules configured to measure sensor data pertaining to at least one of an orientation of the first shoe when the golfer takes a shot, an orientation of the second shoe when the golfer takes a shot, and a positional relationship between the first shoe and the second shoe when the golfer takes a shot.
Nailed it
A golf Swing training device comprises a club member and at least one weight member. The weight member includes a mating Structure for Securing the weight member to a complementary mating Structure in the Shaft portion of the club member. The weight member can be secured to the shaft in at least three positions including a first position at the top of the Shaft adjacent the handle, a Second position at or near the midpoint of the Shaft and a third position at or near the distal end of the shaft.
