The present invention comprises a unique system and method for providing adaptable ball delivery and tracking, including appropriate sensor hardware, interactive gameplay user interfaces and point of sales systems. The system and method of the present invention are especially relevant to baseball and softball as, among other components, the system comprises a vertical, ground-up soft toss ball delivery mechanism, automated player and ball-tracking devices, and ball-collection and transport systems. The ball collection and return components eliminate the need for “fielders” and enable the creation of the first “batting range”. The vertical, ground-up soft-toss pitch machine further enables the first multi-story batting facility with player batting bays that open onto a sports field. Further, certain embodiments of the present invention integrate hitting screens, augmented reality display and simultaneous coordination of gameplay and communication between players, regardless of the players' physical location.

Systems, devices, and methods for an exercise mat that may include: a mat made of a cushioning material comprising a set of tick marks positioned along the longitudinal edges of the mat; and a set of horizontal lines defining a column of grids, and a set of numerical labels, where each numerical label is positioned near opposing ends of a corresponding horizontal line, and where the set of numerical labels do not indicate whole number measurements.

Described herein is a golf bag with a sub-assembly and a stand assembly that together form a carry bag. The sub-assembly can comprise a divider top, a base, a flat that extends between the divider top and the base, and an outer ring. The outer ring defines a recess configured to receive the top surface of the mounting bracket. The recess comprises a geometry complimentary to the top surface of the mounting bracket. The top surface of the mounting bracket is received by the complimentary geometry recess such that the flat is positioned between the outer ring and the mounting bracket.

Disclosed are compact, convenient carrier systems for weight plates. In some embodiments, a carrier system may include a strap, a carrying handle, and rigid loading bar. The loading bar may be a tubular member. The carrying handle may have an outer diameter that permits the carrying handle to be slidably disposed within the inner diameter of the loading bar. In some embodiments, the loading bar may have an outer diameter that permits the loading bar to fit within the central opening on a standard Olympic weightlifting weight plate. The carrier system may optionally provide a clip closure attached to the strap that allows easy opening and closing of the system.

A dumbbell assembly includes a cradle shaped to receive a first dumbbell having a first weight set and a second dumbbell having a second weight set. The dumbbell assembly further includes an input mechanism in communication with a selection mechanism incorporated into the cradle where the selection mechanism is in communication with both a first selector arranged to adjust a first connection of the first weight set to the first dumbbell and a second selector arranged to adjust a second connection of the second weight set to the second dumbbell.

The mobile sheet flow water ride apparatus of the present invention utilizes a rigid inclined structure. Ride surfaces, aisle surfaces, and surround fences are covered with protective inflatable air cushions. The ride apparatus of the present invention has non-retractable transport wheels and uses a multitude of adjustable jacks to take the load off the transport wheels and support the ride apparatus. The water rushes up the slope, over a berm at the top of the slope, and back into the main storage tank through a square main return grate.

A weight object configured to be lifted from a ground surface includes a first portion made of high-durometer material, a second portion made of elastomeric material having lower durometer than the first portion, and a handle for holding the weight object and lifting the object from the ground surface, where the second portion includes spaced holes within the elastomeric material for absorbing noise generated when the weight object is dropped on the ground surface. Alternatively, a weight object is disclosed which is configured to be lifted from a ground surface, comprising at least one layer of elastomeric material having spaced holes therein for absorbing noise generated when the weight object is dropped on the ground surface, and an opening configured to receive a handle. Slip over variations are disclosed for mounting sound absorbers to existing weight lifting equipment. In alternate examples, medicine balls, atlas stones or like weight lifting equipment can be created using sound absorbers for improved experience.

In one implementation, a game apparatus includes a base with a playing surface that has (i) a first end with a first designated area for cups and (ii) a second end; a game piece; a tether that attaches the game piece to the base so as to permit the game piece to move freely within the tether's range; and a first launcher that includes a mechanism to launch the game piece as a projectile, the first launcher being positioned at or around the second end to launch the game piece toward the first designated area for cups, wherein the first designated area for cups and at least a portion of the first launcher are within the tether's range.
