A kit for playing a game on ice. The kit includes two or more game discs and a set of instructions for playing the game. The game discs are shaped to enable their passage over imperfections in the ice. Specifically, the game discs are tapered, such as with beveling but not limited to that. The taper reduces the chance that the disc will be stopped or diverted as it travels over the ice. The game requires the formation of two holes spaced from one another in the hole without extending through the ice. The game is played by sliding the discs toward the holes and scoring based on disc entry into the hole as well as closest proximity to the hole.

A sport exercise device; for use with a sport stick, the sport stick having a head and a shaft. The device comprises a face, edge and attachment means. In one approach, the edge is adapted and arranged to surround the stick's head. The attachment means allows attachment of the device's face to hold an independently provided weight with respect to the head. The attachment means may allow attachment of the device's face to close the stick's net sufficient to prevent out-passage of a ball within the net.

A mouthguard carry case (10) comprising: an outer shell (12) having a hollow interior defined by an open top, an open bottom and a plurality of side walls (14). The mouthguard carry case (10) also comprises an inner shell (18) having a hollow interior defined by a top wall (20), a bottom wall (22) and plurality of side walls (24). The inner shell (18) is slidably received within the hollow interior of the outer shell (12) and is movable between an open position, and a closed position. Advantageously the mouthguard carry case (10) can be opened and closed in one hand, and is fully ventilated to promote drying and inhibit the growth of oral bacteria.

Disclosed are a folding treadmill and a folding method. A folding method of a folding treadmill includes the following steps: unlocking a pin lock assembly to enable a column assembly and a running platform to be in an unlocked free state, then unfolding or folding the column assembly to be in an unfolded state or a folded state relative to the running platform, and locking the pin lock assembly to complete the unfolding or folding of the treadmill. By means of the pin lock assembly, the column assembly can be firmly locked on the running platform no matter whether the column assembly is in the unfolded state or the folded state, thus not only achieving rapid unfolding and folding, but also ensuring the stability of the unfolded state or the folded state, and improving the safety of the folded state.

A block plate apparatus system, comprising: at least one block plate; a plurality of stackable blocks, wherein the at least block plate is fastened to the plurality of stackable blocks to form a unified stack.

The present invention is a portable rowing machine that allows a user to perform rowing, skiing, paddling, or any other physical activities at any suitable location. The portable rowing machine contains a housing, a pulley, a flywheel, a planetary gear assembly, an anchor, a retraction mechanism, and a pull cord. The housing contains a central gear support. The pulley, the flywheel, the planetary gear assembly, and the retraction mechanism are positioned within the housing. The central gear support is positioned within the housing. The planetary gear assembly is positioned within the central gear support. The pulley and the flywheel are axially connected opposite to each other along the planetary gear assembly. The retraction mechanism is operatively connected to the pulley, where the retraction mechanism is configured to retract the pull cord into a spooled state around the pulley. The anchor is externally connected to the housing.

A portable exercise device includes a first body and a second body. The exercise device also includes a support structure pivotably connecting the first and second bodies. The support structure is configured to move between an engaged position and a disengaged position. The device also includes a resistance mechanism configured to resist movement of the first and second bodies toward one another when the support structure is in the engaged position. A fixed musculature exerciser adapted for a specific cardiovascular training exercise such as a rowing motion includes a plurality of spaced apart support legs including laterally and outwardly extending sponsons acting as stabilization feet. A resilient resistance band can be conveniently and removably secured at both ends between a pair of linearly opposed, spaced apart anchorments secured to the distal end sections of a pair of adjacent sponsons. One end of the resistance band can be detached and the band used for strength training. Additional resistance bands can be similarly secured between other pairs of anchorments on separated sponsons.
