A workout apparatus having a crossbar with a first end and a second end, with each end of the crossbar engaging a pivot mount. The workout apparatus having four legs, with each pivot mount further engaging two legs therefore allowing the legs to be selectively rotatable around each of the pivot mounts in both a lateral axis and longitudinal axis of the crossbar. The workout apparatus having a first position where each pair of legs engaging each pivot mount at an angle greater than zero relative to each other and supporting the crossbar. The workout apparatus having a second position where the four legs are adjacent to the crossbar and positioned within the longitudinal plane of the crossbar.

A trampoline (1) with a jumping mat (6) fastened to a frame structure (2) by elastic elements, and with a frame cover (8) covering the top side of the frame structure (2) and the elastic elements. The frame cover (8) has a multilayer structure, whose layers are made of different materials. Alternatively or additionally, the frame cover (8) has a spatially varying height profile.

Workout systems and methods using robust door mounting
11617910 · 2023-04-04 · ·

Methods and systems are presented in which one or more heavy-duty straps are positioned in contact with a top and bottom of a door and engaged with a heavy mechanism exerting a static tension greater than 10 newtons. A user can exercise using removable extenders attached to any of several loops at various vertical positions, creating enormous leverage along the strap(s). Supplemental cushioning may be utilized to minimize damage from large kinetic energy imbued upon components of the methods and systems during or after exercise.

Fitness device for exercise and balance development

A fitness device is provided, the fitness device comprising: an elastomeric member having an interior cavity, the elastomeric member comprising a cylindrical portion extending between a first hemispherical endcap and a second hemispherical endcap, wherein a surface of the elastomeric member defines an aperture positioned between the interior cavity and an exterior of the elastomeric member; and a structured surface positioned on the surface of the elastomeric member over the aperture, the structured surface extending into the interior cavity of the elastomeric member.

Weight bar stopper
11642562 · 2023-05-09 · ·

A exercise equipment includes a weight bar, a plurality of weight plates slidably coupled at two ends portions of the weight bar from two free ends thereof respectively, and a weight bar stopper built-in at each of the end portions of the weight bar to increase a peripheral size of the weight bar at the end portion thereof to block the weight plate being slid out of the free end of the weight bar. When the weight bar stopper is actuated to adjust the peripheral size of the weight bar back to its original size, the weight plate is allowed to be slid in and out the end portion of the weight bar.

Spacer system for a weight lifting apparatus

A spacer apparatus for maximizing a user's range of motion on a weightlifting exercise machine. The spacer apparatus includes a first interlocking part having a semi-circular body extending between top and bottom portions, and a lock portion extending between first and second ends of the semi-circular body. The first and second ends are spaced and a keyway is between the first and second ends. The spacer apparatus includes a second interlocking part having a body extending, at least partially, between first and second ends, and entirely between top and bottom portions. The body of the second interlocking part has a semi-circular portion with a key portion extending therefrom. In the interlocked configuration, the key portion extends between the keyway such that an outer perimeter of the first interlocking part and an outer perimeter of the second interlocking part are aligned.

REDUNDANT CONTROL CIRCUIT FOR AN EXERCISE DEVICE
20230149762 · 2023-05-18 ·

An exercise device with a redundant monitoring and control circuit integrated within or otherwise in communication with various components of the exercised device to detect and act on real or possible improper operation of the exercise device. A redundant controller may, based on a determination of a potentially out of specification operating condition of the exercise device, transmit one or more control signals to alter (e.g., reduce or remove) power to the motor of the exercise device. The redundant controller may provide a control signal to a motor power gating device to remove power transmitted to the motor from a power source and/or enable an inhibitor line of a motor controller to disconnect main power from the motor. Controlling the motor power gating device and the inhibitor line may ensure that power is removed from the motor even when a conflicting signal is being transmitted to the motor.

Doorway pullup handle

A pullup handle includes a U-shaped clamp configured to secure the pullup handle to a desired location. The U-shaped clamp includes an arm on a first side of the U-shaped clamp, a support on a second side of the U-shaped clamp opposite the arm, and a base between the arm and the support. The pullup handle also includes a handle attached on the base of the U-shaped clamp.

Vertically-mounted modular fitness system
11642560 · 2023-05-09 ·

A modular fitness system includes a set of two or more spaced-apart elongate wall bars that are secured to a wall or similar vertical structure at spaced apart locations on the wall and at a substantially vertical orientation. Each wall bar has a linear array of wall through-holes incrementally disposed along the length of the wall bar for attaching the wall bar to the wall. A first set of two or more horizontal elongate bars are installed on top of and orthogonal to the wall bars to form a T with the wall bars. Each of the horizontal elongate bars comprises a first linear array of bar through-holes spaced at increments along a length of the elongate bar that match at least a portion of the linear array of wall through-holes when secured to the wall. The linear arrays of bar through-holes in the horizontal elongate bars, when secured to the set of wall bars, form a rectangular array of equally spaced through-holes in a plane parallel to and offset from the planar surface of the vertical structure. The rectangular array provides locations for attachment of an additional set of elongate bars, one or more components for holding fitness equipment, or both.
