Collet type suspension mechanism for airborne stores for reduced aerodynamic drag
A suspension lug arrangement for a store suitable for aerial deployment has an outer surface and includes at least one lug region including a lug disposed in a body of the store. The lug includes a base portion embedded within and joined to the body of the store and a head portion extending outward from the base portion to the outer surface of the store, the head portion including an outer surface aligned with an adjacent portion of the outer surface of the body. The at least one lug region further includes a well at least partially surrounding the lug, a compressible member disposed within the well, and a plug retained within the well and engaging the compressible member disposed therein.

Dispenser Apparatus
A dispenser apparatus for placement in an aircraft to eject an article into a selected external environment, the dispenser apparatus including a long open tray in the form of a bench ejector having a seat and a back, the bench having a primary end portion and an opposing secondary end portion, wherein the bench cradles the article, also included is an arm and finger on the secondary end portion that momentarily retains the article while a reciprocating beam on the primary end portion ejects the article from the bench in a rotating or spinning manner via the beam adding impact force to one side of the article while the arm and finger retain one side of the article to impart the spinning rotation to the article as it is ejected from the bench ejector.
Aircraft store deployment system with improved safety of arming and releasing stores
A deployment system for deploying a store from an aircraft includes a lock member that selectively engages the store to the deployment system, an ejector that selectively ejects the store from the deployment system, and a deployment system controller communicatively coupled to the lock member and to the ejector, the system controller communicatively coupled to the aircraft to receive commands from the aircraft, wherein upon receipt of a master arm command from the aircraft the system controller maintains the lock member in an engaged state relative to the store, and wherein upon receipt of a fire command from the aircraft the system controller disengages the lock member from the store and activates the ejector to eject the store from the deployment system.

SYSTEM AND METHOD OF MANAGING A PLURALITY OF PROJECTILE MODULES ON A FLYING DEVICE
A flying vehicle is disclosed with a plurality of projectile systems that each contains a projectile for projecting at another flying device. The flying vehicle can include a control system, a flight system in communication with the control system for enabling the flying vehicle to fly, a first projectile system in communication with the control system and a second projectile system in communication with the control system. The control system determines, based on a characteristic of a target flying vehicle, whether to implement a first mode utilizing the first projectile system or a second mode utilizing the second projectile system to capture the target flying vehicle.

MULTIPLE MISSILE AND BOMB CARRIAGE SYSTEM
A multiple advanced missile and bomb ejector rack carriage system employs a carriage mountable to an air to ground (AG) bomb release unit (BRU) on an aircraft pylon. A single MIL-STD-1760 electrical interface is integral to the carriage and has a first power connection and first signal connection. Onboard carriage avionics are supported within the carriage and connected to the MIL-STD-1760 electrical interface. The onboard carriage avionics are adapted to receive communications from an aircraft central computer through the first power connection and first signal connection and provide store specific communications independent of specific original aircraft wiring to at least one ejector and store.
