Aircraft Adapter
An adapter is disclosed for use with an aircraft including wingtip stations defining mounting surfaces. The adapter is configured and dimensioned for connection to the wingtip stations on either wing of the aircraft to facilitate the connection of a weapons rack to the aircraft. The adapter includes a backing plate, and a body connected to the backing plate that is configured and dimensioned to support the weapons rack. The backing plate is configured and dimensioned in correspondence with the mounting surfaces defined by the wingtip stations. The body includes a base extending outwardly from the backing plate along a first axis, and a support member extending outwardly from the base along a second axis. In one particular embodiment of the adapter, the first and second axes define an angle of 45 therebetween.
COOLING SYSTEM FOR ROTORCRAFT LASER SYSTEM
A cooling system for a rotorcraft laser system is provided. The cooling system includes at least one laser carrying component operatively coupling a laser turret and a laser generating assembly. The cooling system also includes at least one fuel line fluidly coupled to a fuel tank containing a fuel. The cooling system further includes a heat exchanger containing a portion of the laser carrying component and the fuel line to transfer heat therebetween to cool the laser carrying component.
FIREARM SUPPORT
A firearm support for a firearm includes: a body, which is provided with at least one profile on its surface; a feeler pin, for striking against the profile and for being coupled to the firearm so as to follow the movement of said firearm; a support element, rotatable around a first axis (z-z) relative to the body. The support element is suited to be coupled to the firearm, thus allowing mutual rotation between the support element and the firearm around a second axis (x-x).

FIREARM SUPPORT SYSTEM
A firearm support system is adapted to be installed in a vehicle, in particular an aircraft. The vehicle includes a compartment to accommodate the crew. The compartment has: a bearing surface, an upper structure rising above the bearing surface, and an opening, through which a firearm shoots. The support system includes: an anchoring portion, for being fixed to the upper structure and located in the compartment; a mobile support, which is coupled to the anchoring portion in a mobile manner, is adapted for receiving the firearm, and allows the firearm to move between an operating position, in which the firearm is ready to shoot through the opening, and a non-operating position, in which the firearm is retracted.

System and method for deployment of an aircraft weapons system
A device for mounting a weapon system to an aircraft includes an adaptor to couple to an internal structure of the aircraft. The device also include a gun mount and a deployment system. The deployment system is coupled to the adaptor to the gun mount and is configured to move the gun mount from a first position internal to the aircraft to a second position at least partially external to the aircraft.
